The Harold Pratt House was constructed in 1919 as one of New York's grand Park Avenue Mansions. The hidden gem of the Upper East Side - We are the perfect venue to host a wedding, private dinner, conference, holiday party, annual meeting or any other event. The House consists of six unique rooms connected by a majestic marble staircase. Each room features original chandeliers, fireplaces and views of Park Avenue. Our adjoining Peterson Hall can be used in conjunction with the House to accommodate larger guest counts and features the latest in state-of-the-art audio and visual technology including a 22-foot LCD customizable video wall, a professional stage with furniture and full production lighting. It features unparalleled audiovisual equipment and capabilities including built-in video cameras, and sound . The sophisticated ceiling spotlights can transform this room from a well-lit meeting space to a stunning dramatic setting for dinner. Peterson Hall is connected to the House by a marble hallway. Owner Randi Lee named his first independent restaurant after his great-uncle Leland Chin who settled his family in Oregon in the 1930s. Leland made a great success of his Portland restaurant Chin's Kitchen, building strong community through food, culture and storytelling. Leland Eating and Drinking House continues the family tradition of convivial hospitality providing a gathering place where neighbors can relax, unwind and be well-fed. Leland's New York Mediterranean cuisine is local and natural featuring in-house curing along with the preservation of local food and beverage. We pickle veggies, dry-age meats, and bake bread right in our kitchen. We buy fresh and make exactly what we need, with as little waste as possible. Our food aims to highlight the quality of organic, local ingredients while providing dishes that make you feel like home.

Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

An award-winning venue, Avant Gardner is the crown jewel of New York City entertainment. Today, the 80,000 square foot venue complex continues to occupy an entire city block of industrial East Williamsburg, containing a compound of stages and full-service event spaces. The venue’s centerpiece is the outdoor Brooklyn Mirage (5,000 cap) which also features a 360° wrap-around high wall offering panoramic views of Manhattan. Brooklyn Mirage is centered between permanent indoor warehouse spaces, Great Hall (3,400 cap) and Kings Hall (800 cap). The complex is also home to the exclusive Artist Village (100 cap), which can be a private bar space utilized for industry guests, or an intimate space for emerging artists and livestreams. Located in the heart of Brooklyn, the Prospect Park Zoo is a hidden gem for any upcoming social or corporate gathering. Conveniently located on the east side of Prospect Park, the zoo is also across the street from Brooklyn Botanic Garden and Brooklyn Museum. With an abundance of outdoor space, the Prospect Park Zoo is a great spot for hosting larger soirees during the spring and summer months. Optional indoor space can accommodate cocktail groups of upwards of 300-guests for colder and rainier times.

Located at 123 Kingston Avenue in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn, Meat’s architecture and design reflect both the neighborhood’s storied past and exciting future. Sharing a corner with the famous Kingston Lounge, the restaurant’s muted, taupe detailing complements the foundational walls of an archetypal Brooklyn brownstone. Immediately inside, an elegantly contemporary bar and lounge seating area is enclosed by tasteful marble tiling. Meat’s main seating area includes armchair and banquette seating, and large windows to enjoy Brooklyn’s unique scenery. Above, the ceiling’s angular, wood panels invite the observer forward into a final seating area. This private dining room juxtaposes an exposed brick accent wall with living ivy and a modern glass ceiling that draws in historic Brooklyn. Both dining areas eschew conventional design, instead featuring marble and walnut tabletops, hand-crafted stone dishes, and radiant brass lighting; a relaxing twist on traditional fine dining. Classic and contemporary continue to meet in the downstairs kitchen, where a state-of-the-art cooking facility neighbors a vintage meat curing and aging room and subway tiled walls, another ode to New York’s rich history. In form and function, Meat propels Crown Heights forward, while celebrating its vibrant times past.

Located in New York City, The Love Shack is a surreal photographic location and event space. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room.
