Hotel Belleclaire is a Beaux-Arts landmark hotel on Manhattan's Upper West Side, opened in 1903 and designed by architect Emery Roth in a distinctive blend of Art Nouveau and Secessionist style. The building received a landmark designation from New York City's Landmarks Preservation Commission in 1987 and completed a multimillion-dollar restoration in 2023 that returned it to its original splendor with modern conveniences throughout. Early guests included Mark Twain, Maxim Gorky, and Babe Ruth. For private events and meetings, the hotel offers three venue options: the Allure Lounge, a 1,560-square-foot space with a 17-foot marble bar, crystal chandeliers, and a skylight ceiling for up to 100 guests; the Broadway Room on the 10th floor, suited for 5 to 60 guests with state-of-the-art AV capabilities and natural light; and the Presidential Suite, an intimate setting for up to 10 guests. On-site catering is available through Mille-Feuille, a French bakery café, and Allure, the hotel's cocktail lounge. The hotel is situated at Broadway and 77th Street, three blocks from Central Park and steps from Lincoln Center and the American Museum of Natural History.

Alder Manor is a 72-room Renaissance Revival mansion in Yonkers, New York, designed in 1912 by the architecture firm Carrère and Hastings for mining magnate William Boyce Thompson. Named for Thompson's Montana hometown of Alder Gulch, the estate sits on more than six acres of classically inspired gardens filled with authentic Roman artifacts imported from Italy in the early twentieth century. The interior is defined by a succession of original architectural features: marble floors, walnut and oak paneling, a rare English-style trompe-l'oeil ceiling, a 15th-century Italian stone fireplace, an actual 16th-century Italian church façade incorporated into the structure, a three-story staircase, and an indoor tiled pool topped by a stained glass window. Many of the 72 rooms retain original Renaissance paintings and historic artifacts. The grounds command views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. Alder Manor is available for film, photo, and commercial shoots, with convenings, retreats, private events, and weddings anticipated in 2026.

The Milling Room, located in the center of the Upper West Side, serves seasonal, locally sourced American cuisine in a gorgeous sky-lit dining room and a vibrant tavern-inspired bar. The Milling Room, which opened its doors in November 2014, is located in the building that was originally constructed in 1890 as the elegant Endicott Hotel. When the original hotel opened, it was hailed as "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city" and "the finest and best appointed in this part of the city." The hotel was constructed of Pompeian brick and terracotta and included a glass-roofed Palm Room, which has since been replaced by The Milling Room. It was designed by Edward Angell, who also designed numerous other significant buildings on the Upper West Side, and built by Charles A. Fuller. The structure is located on Columbus Avenue between 81st and 82nd Streets, diagonally across from the American Museum of Natural History. For private events at The Milling Room, we offer three different event spaces, THE ENDICOTT ROOM (Capacity: 28 Seated Dinner | 35 Standing Reception), THE MAIN DINING ROOM (Capacity: 100 Seated Dinner with Dance Floor), and THE TAVERN. Our site has two studios, Studio 1/ 3rd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 1, and Studio 2/ 2nd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 2. The second studio, Studio 2/ 4th Floor, is equipped with a prep kitchen, as well as a Greenroom and access to our Rooftop space..
