The Metropolitan Building in New York City is the location of the wedding. Getting Married at the Metropolitan Building in Long Island City – This location is magical. From the outside, it appears to be a typical brown stone factory building in the middle of the old and industrial part of LIC, Queens, which is typical of many places in New York City. When you walk through the door, you are transported to another century. Very vintage in appearance, and you can only imagine how many stories this wedding venue could have to tell given its over 100-year existence. Furthermore, celebrating the wedding of Yvonne and Jack with family and friends in this magnificent building was a perfect fit. We started early to make the most of the many floors that this wedding venue had to offer, giddy with anticipation for the big day to finally arrive. The main (2nd Floor) is a beautiful setting for your wedding reception, ceremony, and even dinner, depending on the size of your wedding reception party. The entire space is ethereal, filled with earthy colors and brick walls, as well as gorgeous wooden floors. From the windows, you can see the Queensboro Bridge, which gives you the impression that you are right in the heart of New York City. The third floor is a photographer's dream come true. A floor covered in antiques, mirrors, and props, which contributes to the creation of a very special vintage atmosphere for wedding photographs. There is also a piano, a red room for the bride to get ready in, and a large amount of space for couple portraits as well as large groups and family portraits to be taken on location.

Le Fanfare is a lovely and welcoming original Italian restaurant and event venue in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. It serves traditional Italian cuisine. Le Fanfare, tucked away at the end of Manhattan Avenue and nestled amid the traditional Polish bakeries and butchers, serves modest Italian cuisine accompanied by live jazz music. The menu is complemented with an all-Italian wine list as well as classic drinks. Greenpoint was chosen as the location for their next project because the energy there was similar to that of Nolita fifteen years ago, according to the owners, jazz musician Luca Fadda, his wife Giorgia, and their long-time friend Nicola Paganelli (whose family owns the Meloni winery in their native Sardinia, Italy). Chef Adam Ross oversees the kitchen, which serves only the highest-quality foods that are presented in a straightforward and friendly manner. A few months into the COVID-19 pandemic, Jarrod Fox and Taylor Lintz decided they wanted to bring back the joy of entertainment that the Williamsburg community was lacking. Taking inspiration from an outdoor movie theater, Jarrod figured if people can get together and socially distance themselves to watch a movie, he could find a way to make the same thing happen with a bar. His idea, TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar, grew larger as he approached a number of venues with the concept. Taylor then quit her full-time day job to take over operations and help invest in the bar, and the rest is history. TailGate Outdoor Sports Bar was made with COVID-19 in mind to create a one-of-a-kind bar and entertainment experience. Each table fits up to 10 guests, has its own heater if needed, a 65 inch TV, a QR Code for contactless food and beverage orders, and a hand sanitizing station. Parties sit 7-8 feet apart or have plexiglass to keep a safe distance while enjoying live music, sports, food, and drinks. Jarrod and Taylor have put a strong emphasis on being inclusive: whether it be a drag show or football game, TailGate is dedicated to hosting as many fun events as they can for anyone to enjoy. The Bronxville Women's Club, Inc. occupies the Anna Lawrence Bisland House, a 1928 landmark in Bronxville, New York. Founded in 1925 and listed on both the Westchester County Inventory of Historic Places and the National Register of Historic Places, the clubhouse has served as a community gathering place for nearly a century. The club's Ballroom — described as the only midsize hall in lower Westchester — accommodates up to 165 guests and features a stage, making it well suited for weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, concerts, and private celebrations. It opens directly onto an outdoor patio and garden with vintage street lights and a working waterfall. Smaller gatherings find a home in the Patio Room (approximately 25 guests), the Tea Room with its piano and fireplace, and the Loggia — a tiled entrance hall with a water fountain and Romeo and Juliet balcony. Frankies Spuntino has earned a reputation for seamlessly hosting all manner of events — from weddings and intimate family celebrations to private barbecues and pop-ups. Frankies 457’s private event space is a converted blacksmith’s stable located in the garden behind their restaurant at 457 Court Street in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The rustic brick building, constructed in the early 1900’s, can accommodate up to 40 people for a family-style dinner or up to 50 guests for a buffet event with scattered seating. For events of 41 to 70 guests, our Stable Garden space may be added to the Stable for expanded seating. The Stable Garden is located directly outside the Stable. For an indoor/outdoor event, the Stable doors slide completely open allowing free-flow between the spaces. During the cooler months the Stable Garden is winterized enabling you to celebrate at Frankies year round. The Frankies Garden may be added to the Stable and Stable Garden to accommodate seated events of up to 80 guests. This unique and romantic space is ideal for wedding celebrations and includes a private entry via our Patio. BRIC is a Brooklyn-based nonprofit arts and media organization that has shaped the borough's cultural landscape for over four decades. BRIC House, its home at 647 Fulton Street in the Cultural District, occupies a repurposed Strand Theater building and sits alongside BAM Harvey, the Mark Morris Dance Center, and Theatre for a New Audience. The venue's five rentable spaces span a broad range of event formats. The 3,600-square-foot Ballroom — with a 20-by-36-foot raised stage, retractable raked seating, and a sprung floor — accommodates up to 250 guests theater-style, 260 for seated dinners, and 440 standing. Royce Brook Golf Club occupies more than 440 acres of rolling countryside in Hillsborough, New Jersey, where a newly renovated 18-hole championship course sets the stage for private events ranging from weddings and bar and bat mitzvahs to corporate outings and banquets. The course was redesigned by golf course architect Tyler J. Rae, unifying the club's former East and West layouts with updated bunkers and reshaped holes. The club hosts one event at a time, allowing its staff to give each celebration undivided attention. The Highlander Pavilion, the club's main event space, offers a garden-like atmosphere and can accommodate up to 150 guests.
