Guild Row is a place where the creative and civic minded connect. Located in Avondale along the Rockwell Corridor, our facility is designed to accommodate a wide range of events for groups large and small. Built around an open air courtyard, the Guild Row campus features a teaching kitchen, a woodshop, a live fire cooking station, a members lounge with a full café and bar, a co-working space, a small library, and an ultra-flexible dynamic space perfect for gatherings and events of all kinds. Our facility boasts high volume spaces, industrial aesthetics and bespoke hand-hewn details. Each room at Guild Row has a unique personality drawn from its historic past and artisanal capacities. Private bookings include local control of temperature, sound & lighting systems, and overhead doors that connect each interior room to our exterior courtyard. Guild Row started when three people decided to build something together. Beginning in 2016, Mike Healy, Jim Lasko and Elyse Agnello met around Jim's kitchen table on Tuesday nights for nearly two years. They hosted local thinkers, tinkerers, bakers, bankers, entrepreneurs, and makers until they came to see the contours of a unique place where craft and concern for the social good coalesced. Guild Row was born at the intersection of their experience: a building, designed by daam, an architecture and design firm founded by Agnello; filled with programming curated by Lasko who made his name as the director of Chicago's renowned red moon theater, a company committed to wild, participatory spectacles; and woven thoughtfully into a dynamic neighborhood under the guidance of Healy, an award-winning urban planner regarded for his ability to distill complex problems to actionable steps.

Sushi-san Lincoln Park features a menu from Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan and serves one of the largest sake by-the-glass lists in the Windy City. The Lincoln Park location offers private event spaces on the lower level, a large dining room lined with banquets, and a dedicated bar area, complete with floor to ceiling glass windows that open up to an intimate patio on Halsted Street. Sushi-san has two other locations located in River North and Willis Tower.

The Fire Pitch is Chicago’s premier indoor/outdoor community soccer facility. Owned and operated by Chicago Fire FC, the Fire Pitch features a full-service restaurant and bar featuring a private events room and outdoor patio. These spaces can be reserved individually for groups as small as 10 guests or combined to accommodate up to 450 guests during the summer months. The Fire Pitch's event spaces have hosted everything from birthday parties and graduations to holiday celebrations, bar/bat mitzvahs and more. The Fire Pitch also features two full-size turf soccer fields that are open-air during the summer months and covered with a temperature-controlled dome in the winter. Depending on availability, field time can be added to any event for a unique guest experience.

Located in the Gold Coast, near the Clark/division red line. The building is a historic landmark known as the Fisher Studio Houses, and is a pre-WWII building. The space is Art Moderne style with Edgar Miller paintings on the windows. Space Details: - 1400 square feet - Seating Capacity = 16 - Access to Full Kitchen - Free Coffee - 2.5 Bathrooms - Speaker System - Fireplace Use - Washer/Dryer Use - Red Line is one block away - BYOB allowed - Outside food is allowed The property was built in 1936 and designed by Andrew Rebori. The space has quartz counter tops, and unique white glass subway tiles that offer modernism with antique undertones, plus a spiraled staircase. Features curved walls, with glass block windows. There's also an outdoor courtyard with seating. It is located a few blocks from North Ave beach and Oak Street beach plus the restaurants and shopping of the Gold Coast. There's also a Jewel Osco that's about a five minute walk away. In the mid-1930s, Frank J. Fisher, a Marshall Field’s executive, commissioned the architect Andrew Rebori to design a residential property that would also generate some income. Rebori recruited the muralist and craftsman Edgar Millerto help detail the spaces with stained glass and other finishes. This is an ideal space for small gatherings and professional events. The Liven Room is a boutique event venue and party room in the beautiful suburb of Niles, located just northwest of Chicago. Showcasing a versatile and convenient way to be a host and a guest at your own party without having to sacrifice the guest experience. Perfectly styled and furnished, we are designed to accommodate up to 40 seated guests and overall capacity of 50 guests. Our open catering policy allows you to provide the cuisine of your choice from any restaurant or catering company. Our onsite event coordinator and staff provides quality service for the effortless execution of your event.

Chicago Theater Works is available for rental and is the perfect venue for a unique event. We love parties, fundraisers, film screenings, wedding receptions, corporate off-site and more… Our facility can accommodate up to 180 for a sit-down dinner, play, recital, screening… to 200+ for a stand-up reception. ​ Furnishings: We have 220 black banquet chairs, six 24” rounds, twenty 48” rounds, six 60” rounds, a buffet table and several 6’ tables and two high-tops. We also have six sections of 12’ pipe with black drape. ​ Food and Beverage: Northshore Catering is our in-house caterer and they are amazing. You are welcome to work with them or bring in your own food. For catering we have a staging kitchen with 3-compartment sink, commercial refrigerator, ice maker, convection oven, microwave and stainless prep table. There is an extra charge for using the kitchen. We require that all beverage be purchased through our full bar. Our prices range from $3 for soft drinks, $6 to 8 for beer, $7 to 9 for spirits and $6 to 9 for wine. We can do a host bar or cash or credit for guests. Sound, Lights, Stage and Tech: The space features a 16’ x 10’ stage with a simple light plot, board and spotlight. We have video projection capabilities and a wide format screen. We also have several wired and wireless microphones and a plug in play sound system. The venue also has wifi. Depending on the extent of your tech needs there may be an extra charge to have our tech person on-site. Location: We are located in Lakeview on Belmont between Sheffield and Racine. We are two blocks east of the Red, Brown and Purple lines. We are also on multiple 27/7 bus routes. A nearby parking lot is available for an extra charge. The venue has two large bathrooms and two private, unisex bathrooms. There is also a dressing room with iron, steamer, washer and dryer. We always have a staff member and, if needed, bartender available for your event.

Indigo & Violet Studio is a Chicago-based venue for craft workshops, parties, and events, focusing on unique and modern handmade projects taught in a relaxed studio environment. Our mission is to provide a creative outlet to both novice and experienced crafters. We work in a variety of mediums and no matter the project, our goal is for all guests to leave with a new sense of pride along with their beautifully hand-crafted piece. To help get the creative juices flowing, all events are BYOB.
