Prairie Hotel sits in Yelm, Washington, in the foothills of the Cascade Range, roughly an hour from Mount Rainier National Park and thirty minutes from Olympia. The hotel offers four room categories — Classic and Superior rooms, Studio rooms with select fireplaces or private patios, and suites with separate living areas, full kitchens, and jetted tubs or fireplaces — each appointed with high-speed Wi-Fi, a 42-inch flat-screen television, and a work desk. For weddings and other group travel, the hotel arranges discounted room blocks for out-of-town guests attending weddings, reunions, and business events, and coordinates nearby private event spaces for rehearsal dinners, brunches, and related gatherings. LORD HILL FARMS is located just north of Seattle in Snohomish and offers a variety of services such as wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as picnics and auctions. We are committed to delivering the highest-quality private and corporate events throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas. It is possible to host a large event for up to 700 guests or a small intimate gathering for 50 people in our lovely two-story facility. The rental term is twelve hours. There are a variety of private outdoor venues to select from on the 450 acres of breathtaking scenery. Beautiful picnic areas are located on professionally groomed lawns. We supply everything you need to create a great experience for any event, party, or off-site meeting, including the food and beverages. Red Cedar Farm sits on Lofall Road in Poulsbo, Washington, a property Andrea and Gregg bought as a family retreat in 1987 and then, over the years, filled with more than a thousand trees, a pumpkin patch, a hardy kiwi orchard, and an antique shop built from Gregg's own collecting habit. Weddings came later: the farm began hosting events after 2009, inspired by a local venue, and held its first wedding in 2012. It still books no more than one event per day. The centerpiece is the Barn, a heated reception space converted from a former chicken house and carport that seats 150. Ceremonies move outdoors to the Arbor or, when the weather insists otherwise, under the Pergola. The bridal party dresses in a suite with its own building for bridesmaids; the groom gets a 130-year-old restored barn to himself. Guests circulate through the Terrace courtyard, warm up at the stone fire pit, or find their way to the Arcade, a room of more than fifteen vintage pinball machines dating to the 1950s through the early '70s. The grounds still function as a working farm, with goats and donkeys on hand for the Farm & Play Area, a catering kitchen, four ADA-accessible restrooms, and parking for 25 cars — anyone else takes the shuttle.

Hidden Meadows is an artistically built facility that possesses features of the wonderful landscape that surrounds it. It is located in the calm and picturesque valley of Snohomish, Washington. We've been in business for 12 years and are always learning what our venue need to improve events. Every year, we strive to develop in both minor and significant ways. Not only is the facility attractively designed, with its lovely environment, pleasant walks, and calm atmosphere, but it also has a fascinating history. Tim and Tracy Stocker's children represent the farm's sixth generation of Stockers. When the dairy industry did not appear to be promising, the family began to cultivate sod, often known as turf, years ago. This business was a success, but it left the family with idle barns and undeveloped land. Hidden Meadows arose from the old barns that formerly housed hundreds of dairy cows to the unique events venue it is today, thanks to Tracy Stocker's architectural vision, the cooperation and support of family and friends, and countless hours given to building. The Hidden Meadows facility is certainly a magical change, demonstrating that its blend of country setting and expressive design is an ideal recipe for a superb event atmosphere.

The Hood Canal Vista Pavilion, which overlooks the Hood Canal and provides breathtaking panoramic water views as well as spectacular sunsets over the canal, is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. In the Pavilion, a stone fireplace that extends from floor to ceiling is situated opposite an abundance of windows that overlook lush seasonal gardens. On the other side of the house, six sets of French doors open onto a slate patio and an expansive grassy bluff right on the Hood Canal's shores. During the spring and summer months, an adjacent tented terrace can be used for a reception, dance floor, and/or cocktail hour, providing an additional space for guests. St. Paul's Church, which sits on a sloping grass bluff overlooking the waters of Port Gamble Bay and was built in 1879, is a historic landmark. It is based on a church in the Maine hometown of Port Gamble's founders, who were born and raised there. The church, which has been painstakingly restored, features eight cathedral stained glass windows, original pews, and a domed altar area. The picturesque church has quickly risen to the top of the list of most photographed places in the area. As a wedding couple is pronounced married, they are thrilled to hear the church bell ringing in the steeple, which is housed in the steeple. The newly remodeled downstairs reception or dressing area leads outside to a waterfront terrace, which is ideal for small receptions and gatherings with friends and family.

Stocker Farms sits in the Snohomish River Valley just outside historic downtown Snohomish, marked by its namesake red barn and framed by views of the Cascade Mountains. The property pairs rustic, working-farm character with expansive grounds suited to gatherings of many kinds, from weddings and receptions to reunions, corporate events, company picnics, and private celebrations. Hosts can make use of the Red Barn as the main venue building, the Ceremonial Garden's grassy fields for an outdoor ceremony, and the wider grounds, which offer room for gatherings of nearly any size. An on-site bar serves events, and hosts can add extras like jumping pillows and bonfires to round out a celebration, with plenty of open space for children to run and play. Beyond hosting private events, Stocker Farms operates as a working farm with seasonal attractions such as u-pick blueberries, sunflower fields, and a fall festival. It has been part of the Snohomish Valley since 1919, and that long history still shapes the rustic simplicity of the venue today.

Walter Hall Golf Course sits in a tranquil forest setting in Everett, Washington, about 30 minutes north of downtown Seattle, where evergreens frame views of both the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges. The course has been a fixture for Pacific Northwest golfers since 1972, owned by the City of Everett and managed by Premier Golf Centers. Four sets of tees, ranging from 6,433 yards at the back to 5,219 yards at the forward markers, give the layout a player-friendly design suited to golfers of every skill level, all set against manicured course conditions. Beyond the fairways, Walter Hall's Olympic View Banquet Room looks out over the 18th hole and the Olympic Mountains, hosting parties, meetings, tournaments, and other private gatherings. The room comes equipped with white slat chairs, a dozen eight-foot banquet tables, a pull-down projection screen, and a galley kitchen, and groups can choose in-house catering through Breezeway Cafe or bring their own with an approved permit. The property also includes a pro shop stocked with equipment and apparel, plus individual and group golf instruction for players of every age.

The Feather Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Snohomish, Washington, and one of the few remaining ballrooms on the West Coast. Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

French Creek Manor is an all-inclusive private event venue in Snohomish, Washington, set on rustic grounds surrounded by woods and a serene creek. For more than 15 years it has hosted celebrations of every kind — weddings and receptions, quinceañeras, milestone birthdays, baby showers, graduations, and celebrations of life among them — drawing on a flexible indoor space that accommodates up to 250 guests. Inside, the hall pairs chandeliers and draped ceilings with a built-in LED dance floor, ambiance lighting, and a full audio-visual system of speakers, wireless microphones, and projector displays. Outside, 10,000 square feet of manicured front and back lawns open onto a round pergola and creek-side ceremony settings, with an elevated stage for the wedding party or performances. As an all-inclusive venue, French Creek Manor coordinates catering, a fully licensed bar, décor, and entertainment in-house. The ADA-compliant building offers ramps and accessible restrooms, and the property includes 135 parking spots.

Swantown Inn is an 1887 Queen Anne/Eastlake Victorian Mansion in Olympia, Washington. It's listed on both the city and state historical registers. The mansion pairs its Victorian architecture with modern comforts, including room-controlled heat and air conditioning, EV charging, and Wi-Fi throughout. The inn has hosted weddings on-site for more than 25 years. Its current owners, Nathan and Casey, have spent over two decades focused on smaller and elopement-style celebrations. Non-denominational ordained officiants are on staff to help couples build a personalized ceremony. An elopement package bundles the officiant, cake, sparkling beverage, a small bouquet, and a night's stay in the Astoria Room. For larger gatherings, the Grand Victorian Ballroom accommodates up to 60 guests for weddings, receptions, showers, board retreats, and corporate meetings. Built in 2018, the ballroom echoes the mansion's historic character while adding chandeliers, a bar area serving espresso and baked goods, AV capabilities, and Wi-Fi. It's ADA compliant, with an accessible bathroom, ramp, and designated parking. Four guest rooms with king beds and private bathrooms round out the property, along with the apartment-style Puget Suite, which sleeps up to six across two bedrooms.

The clubhouse at Olympia Country & Golf Club was built in 1925, on a bluff above Butler Cove. Its terrace overlooks the golf course, the saltwater waterfront, and the Olympic Mountains beyond. The club sits on nearly 100 acres near Olympia, Washington. Founded in 1917, the club first stood in Lacey before relocating to its present site in 1923. The eighteen-hole golf course took shape gradually: nine holes opened in 1926, with the back nine added in 1958. Recent renovations added the Terrace on the Green restaurant, a new pro shop, cart storage, a parking garage, and a remodeled Legacy Building. Terrace on the Green serves Pacific Northwest cuisine built on locally sourced ingredients, from fresh seafood to plant-based dishes prepared fresh daily. A separate lounge offers a more casual setting. The property also includes a fitness center and pickleball courts. Olympia Country & Golf Club welcomes non-members to host events in its waterfront setting, with no member sponsorship required. Its events team, reachable through the club's main line, coordinates weddings and private events of varying sizes.

Hands On Children's Museum is a 28,000-square-foot museum in Olympia, Washington, with a half-acre Outdoor Discovery Center and views of the East Bay waterfront. The LEED- and Green Globes-certified building holds more than 150 hands-on exhibits, giving private events a playful, whimsical backdrop that's a departure from a typical ballroom or hotel venue. The museum hosts weddings, corporate meetings and receptions, birthday and anniversary parties, holiday parties, memorial services, fundraisers, family reunions, and school dances. Wedding couples can hold their ceremony outdoors and their reception inside, with guests free to explore the galleries and dance to a live band. Indian Summer Golf & Country Club hosts everything from wedding weekends to corporate retreats, board meetings, and holiday galas, with a private-club feel that suits both a bride's ceremony and a company's leadership forum. Wedding celebrations often begin outdoors in the Oakside Courtyard, a landscaped space set beneath towering oak trees with views over wetlands and gardens, before moving into the club's 33,000-square-foot clubhouse for receptions. The clubhouse sits alongside a golf course designed by Peter L. H. Thompson, running through old-growth forest and water features, and includes Embers Restaurant, which serves Northwest-inspired cuisine from an outdoor deck overlooking the course. Event bookings come with full-service, in-house catering, tables, chairs, linens, china, and glassware, plus bartending and butler hors d'oeuvre service. Weddings include an eight-hour event window, a rehearsal, and dedicated changing rooms for the couple.
