The Kitchen American Bistro occupies a corner of the Pearl Street Mall in downtown Boulder, offering private and semi-private event spaces across two distinct floors of the restaurant. The ground-floor dining room and the separate Upstairs space can each be reserved independently or combined, accommodating intimate seated dinners as well as larger cocktail receptions for corporate gatherings, weddings, birthday celebrations, and anniversary parties. The Kitchen's family-style menus — available for lunch, brunch, and dinner — drive the experience at private events, with customizable food and beverage packages that can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian dietary needs. Signature cocktails and curated wine service are available as add-ons. An events manager works with each group to tailor the proposal from initial inquiry through event day.

Haystack Hearth is a family-owned estate venue set on Lefthand Creek outside the small town of Niwot, Colorado, surrounded by five acres of private grounds shaded by mature trees and graced with a koi pond, fountain, brick courtyards, and gardens. The property extends to the creek itself, providing a pastoral Colorado backdrop for ceremonies, cocktail hours, and quiet moments between celebrations. The Estate Manor was originally built as a rancher's home and expanded over the decades, centered on the stone wood-burning fireplace in the Hearth Room. A beautifully renovated kitchen, dining area, and bar complement the indoor spaces. Outside, the Creekside Lawn accommodates outdoor weddings and receptions for more than 200 guests, with large tents available for weather protection. Since 1966, the property has hosted weddings, receptions, corporate events, and private gatherings with a focus on friendly, highly customized experiences for each occasion.

The Denver Mart is the Rocky Mountain region's premier wholesale market center and trade show facility, located at I-25 and 58th Avenue in Denver — 10 minutes north of downtown and 30 minutes from Denver International Airport. Established in 1965, the mart has grown into the largest exhibition, conference, and meeting complex in the region. The facility comprises five interconnected buildings offering more than 275,000 square feet of meeting, banquet, and exhibition space on a single floor. Each primary building features its own loading dock, parking lot, main entrance, and built-in registration counter, giving event producers flexibility to use individual spaces or combine buildings to scale. The complex can accommodate gatherings from as few as ten guests to full-scale events hosting thousands. Denver Mart hosts a wide range of events throughout the year, from international and national trade shows to consumer shows, conferences, and private events. In-house services — including catering, setup, electrical, wireless internet, shipping and receiving, and security — are available to support events of every scope.

The Shupe Homestead is a wedding and event venue set on manicured grounds minutes from Boulder and Longmont, Colorado. The property's outdoor ceremony site is framed by views of Long's Peak and Mount Meeker, with towering Black Walnut and Silver Spruce trees lining the banks of a serene reflective pond, and adjacent open space that extends the backdrop for photography. The venue includes a climate-controlled indoor reception hall with panoramic windows that frame the surrounding landscape and evening sunsets. Packages accommodate up to 100 guests at a base level, with the option to host larger gatherings. Every package includes an experienced event coordinator, an on-site manager, professional bartenders, and a full suite of furnishings — farm and round tables, crossback and chiavari chairs, China plates, glassware, and linens — along with outdoor fire pits and complimentary décor options.

Denver Beer Co. Canworks is a production brewery and taproom housed in an 11,000-square-foot warehouse at 4455 Jason Street in Denver's Sunnyside neighborhood. The space puts guests right next to the action — there is no barrier between the taproom and the brewhouse, so visitors can watch the brewers at work while sampling a rotating selection of Denver Beer Co. beers. Tours of the facility run every hour on the hour, accommodating up to 15 guests per guided session; private tours are available for smaller groups. Beyond the brewery experience, the taproom doubles as an event space hosting ticketed concerts, comedy shows, community markets, and private gatherings against a backdrop of stainless fermenters and industrial warehouse architecture. The taproom is equipped with indoor cornhole, giant Jenga, and shuffleboard, and features a TV that broadcasts Broncos games with $3 pint specials. Canworks is open Thursday through Friday from 4–9 pm and Saturday through Sunday from 2–8 pm.

The Forney Museum of Transportation sits in Denver's River North neighborhood at 4303 Brighton Boulevard, just five minutes from downtown. Occupying 70,000 square feet of exhibit space, the museum houses a collection of more than 800 artifacts spanning locomotives, automobiles, motorcycles, aircraft, carriages, and wax figures — among them the Union Pacific Big Boy No. 4005 steam locomotive and Amelia Earhart's 1923 Kissel "Gold Bug." Four distinct rental spaces make the museum a singular backdrop for private events of nearly any scale. The Central Space accommodates up to 500 seated guests and can be configured with a dance floor, DJ, catering, and auction tables. The Motorcycle and Bicycle Room — lined with rare vintage bikes — seats up to 200 and is well suited for VIP receptions and fundraiser galas. A Meeting Room handles groups of up to 100, and a Birthday Party Gallery is designed for children's celebrations. The venue is ADA accessible, offers on-site parking, and permits outside catering. The Richards-Hart Estate is a historic Victorian mansion set on three acres of beautifully landscaped grounds in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. Built in 1877 and extensively remodeled by Leadville merchant Patrick Hart beginning in 1926, the estate was purchased by the City of Wheat Ridge in 1976 and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1977. The mansion hosts weddings and receptions, rehearsal dinners, parties, and community gatherings. Inside, period colors, wallpapers, and rich wood trims create a turn-of-the-century atmosphere. Separate dressing rooms are available for the wedding party, and a catering kitchen provides storage and serving space. Outdoors, the landscaped grounds include a ceremony arbor and fountain surrounded by manicured gardens. The estate accommodates up to 75 guests for combined indoor and outdoor events from May through September, and up to 50 guests for indoor-only events from October through April. The property is available for private rental seven days a week.

Buffalo Run Golf Course & Bison Grill is a City of Commerce City-owned event venue and championship golf facility located at 15700 E 112th Ave in Commerce City, Colorado, just northeast of Denver. The 18-hole links-style course was designed by renowned architect Keith R. Foster, ASGCA, and has welcomed golfers and private event guests since 1996. With sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding prairie, the grounds offer a scenic Colorado backdrop for celebrations of all kinds. The award-winning clubhouse is home to the Bison Grill, which hosts weddings, corporate events, and holiday parties. The Bison Grill's interior features a stone fireplace, large glass windowpanes, and distinctive buffalo-antler chandeliers, while a scenic patio and outdoor pavilion extend the event footprint outdoors.
