At the heart of the property stands the Historic Waterfront Mansion, a five-story, 12,000-square-foot estate built in the late 1800s by Captain D.S. The company has been under new ownership since 2022, when Katie and Will Carson acquired it from the Quirk family — with Katie bringing third-generation experience in restaurant, cruise, and event operations — and continues to honor the traditions the previous owners established while modernizing the guest experience. Private gatherings are hosted across three distinct spaces. The Adirondac is a multi-deck cruise ship featuring three spacious decks, a glass atrium, two full-service bars, and indoor-outdoor guest areas, well-suited for rehearsal dinners, showers, and milestone celebrations on the water.
