Lake George Waterfront Cruises & Hospitality is a full-service lakefront destination on Lake George in New York's Adirondack region, offering private events alongside cruises, dining, boat rentals, and parasailing. The company has been under new ownership since 2022, when Katie and Will Carson acquired it from the Quirk family — with Katie bringing third-generation experience in restaurant, cruise, and event operations — and continues to honor the traditions the previous owners established while modernizing the guest experience. Private gatherings are hosted across three distinct spaces. The Adirondac is a multi-deck cruise ship featuring three spacious decks, a glass atrium, two full-service bars, and indoor-outdoor guest areas, well-suited for rehearsal dinners, showers, and milestone celebrations on the water. The Horicon is a classic all-wood vessel with two decks, a glass atrium, and two full-service bars, offering a more intimate waterfront setting for similar occasions. The Lighthouse Veranda is a covered terrace overlooking the marina and Lake George, with private bar service and an open, airy layout that works for everything from corporate luncheons to bridal showers. All three spaces include dedicated event coordination and customizable food and beverage packages.
