The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park. It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, and is home to the Lake Stevens Farmers Market and City Council Chambers. The Mill contains three indoor meeting spaces, Sawyers Room, Hartford Hall, The Stack, and an outdoor covered plaza that can be rented in various combinations. The Sawyers Room is reserved for City Council, public meetings, and City business Monday through Thursday, and available for private rental Friday through Sunday. Hartford Hall is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows. It is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and spacious layout. The Stack is a semi-private room located on the second floor of the Mill and overlooks Hartford Hall. The Feather Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Snohomish, Washington, and one of the few remaining ballrooms on the West Coast. Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Founded in 1907, the Everett Yacht Club sits at the south end of the Port of Everett Marina, on the Everett waterfront in Washington's Puget Sound. Its two-story clubhouse pairs indoor gathering space with two decks overlooking the marina, where boats line the docks and sunsets carry across the water. The clubhouse is available for private rental and accommodates up to 100 guests. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious, ground-level open area suited to the majority of a gathering, opening onto a covered deck furnished with patio tables, chairs, and a BBQ. We've been in business for 12 years and are always learning what our venue need to improve events. Every year, we strive to develop in both minor and significant ways. Not only is the facility attractively designed, with its lovely environment, pleasant walks, and calm atmosphere, but it also has a fascinating history. Tim and Tracy Stocker's children represent the farm's sixth generation of Stockers. When the dairy industry did not appear to be promising, the family began to cultivate sod, often known as turf, years ago. This business was a success, but it left the family with idle barns and undeveloped land. Hidden Meadows arose from the old barns that formerly housed hundreds of dairy cows to the unique events venue it is today, thanks to Tracy Stocker's architectural vision, the cooperation and support of family and friends, and countless hours given to building. The Hidden Meadows facility is certainly a magical change, demonstrating that its blend of country setting and expressive design is an ideal recipe for a superb event atmosphere.

Playing just under 6,000 yards from the championship tees across four sets of tees, the course winds through natural scenery accented by water features and well-placed bunkers, with greens regarded as among the best in the Northwest. Four sets of tees, ranging from 6,433 yards at the back to 5,219 yards at the forward markers, give the layout a player-friendly design suited to golfers of every skill level, all set against manicured course conditions. Beyond the fairways, Walter Hall's Olympic View Banquet Room looks out over the 18th hole and the Olympic Mountains, hosting parties, meetings, tournaments, and other private gatherings. On Smokey Point Boulevard just off I-5 in Arlington, Washington, the Stilly Valley Center's main building was raised in the early 1970s by local seniors, volunteers, and donated labor after North Snohomish County residents organized the center in 1970 on a former motel site. That community-built hall now anchors the center's rental program, hosting wedding receptions, banquet dinners, anniversaries, and family reunions in the evenings and on weekends. The Main Hall is the center's largest rental space, holding up to 250 guests for dining and events when its side rooms are included, making it suited to receptions and banquets that call for a single large gathering space. Smaller rooms are also available for more intimate meetings and gatherings. A certificate of liability insurance is required for all rentals, and a banquet permit is needed for any event serving alcohol.
