The Mill on Lake Stevens

The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park. It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, and is home to the Lake Stevens Farmers Market and City Council Chambers. The Mill contains three indoor meeting spaces, Sawyers Room, Hartford Hall, The Stack, and an outdoor covered plaza that can be rented in various combinations. The Sawyers Room is reserved for City Council, public meetings, and City business Monday through Thursday, and available for private rental Friday through Sunday. Hartford Hall is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows. It is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and spacious layout. The Stack is a semi-private room located on the second floor of the Mill and overlooks Hartford Hall. It is a casual space, with comfortable seating as well as tables and chairs, and suited for a classroom-style setting, casual meetings, or informal gatherings. The outdoor plaza outside of the building is on the park side of the building and adjacent to Hartford Hall. The entire Mill is available to rent, or a combination of these spaces, for any social occasion or business needs like corporate retreats or small conferences. All indoor spaces include the ability to use the A/V system, folding tables and chairs, and presentation materials to suit your event’s needs.
