The newest, premier venue in Central Florida Haus 820, is a fully renovated historic warehouse. It has wall-to-wall white brick with gigantic windows and black industrial finishes, making it the perfect balance of vintage and modern. As part of a redevelopment project in downtown Lakeland, Florida, Haus 820 is uniquely situated right off of I-4 and is easily accessible to Tampa and Orlando guests. The restoration of the building brings the largest, non-traditional event venue to Lakeland, Florida. The venue features original white brick, 22-foot ceilings, amber stained and sealed cement floors, oversized warehouse windows, and an expansive footprint and holds up to 500 seated guests.
