Originally built in 1927, the historic school has been transformed into a modern environment that boasts the largest garden patio in Dallas and is consistently voted as “Best Patio in Dallas” by D Magazine and “Best Outdoor Dining” by OpenTable. The Art Space is a pristine and empty studio space perfect for any type of event - holiday parties, corporate events, meetings, art events, unique dinner parties, photo shoots, video shoots, experiential events and book launches. The versatile and immaculate space is a blank slate that can be transformed into any style. Outside vendors are welcome to make the space their own. Alternatively, we can provide an in-house creative team to assist with making the event one of a kind. The space can be as minimal or maximalist as needed.
