The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It is a little over 2000 square feet and can sleep up to 12 people. Our three-story barn has it on the second and third floors.

Since 1935, Joe T. Garcia's Mexican Restaurant has been a Fort Worth institution. Mr. and Mrs. Joe T. Garcia founded the restaurant, and it has remained in the Garcia family ever since. Throughout the restaurant and on our famed patio, there are signs of a long family heritage. Joe T. Garcia's had become one of the most popular restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by the 1970s. The restaurant began to expand not only in popularity but also in size as a result of their loyal consumers. The first addition was a modest patio with a pool and cabana. Every year since then, a new patio, party space, or eating area has been built. The seating capacity has grown from sixteen in the beginning to well over 1000 presently. Even as the restaurant grows, the same style of cooking and original recipes are used, and the younger generation exhibits the same passion and enthusiasm for the business that their parents and grandparents instilled in them. Its event spaces were originally constructed as mule barns in the early 1900s, when the district processed over 50 million hogs and 40 million sheep at the peak of the Texas cattle trade; the buildings have since been restored to blend that Western heritage with modern comforts, retaining original brick flooring and abundant natural light. Three venues make up the property: Stampede Ballroom, Stockman's Club, and Lone Star Hall, sized for gatherings from intimate ceremonies to receptions of hundreds of guests.
