HISTORY OF THE VENUE The Brake & Clutch building was constructed in the 1930s and served as the home of Brake & Clutch Service Co. for many years before closing in the 1980s. It stood empty for years, waiting to be converted into the space it is now! The venue, which launched in 2017, is run by a mother and two children who designed it expressly for special gatherings. The Surrey House is a big historic residence that was constructed around 1910. It has withstood a century of tornadoes, fires, and other natural calamities to become one of the most well-known wedding venues in the North Dallas community.
