The picturesque slopes of the White Mountain region of New Hampshire are home to Bishop Farm, a restored example of a traditional New England farm. The Barn, an 1876 structure, has undergone thoughtful renovation to become a rustic event venue with a dramatic entrance, exposed beams that have been adorned with three opulent chandeliers, and a new deck. In addition to the barn, the farm offers lodging in the main farmhouse, which has eight bedrooms and charm only available at a former working farm. There are also seven nearby cottages. Bishop Farm will make you feel like family after even a brief visit. To fulfill their aspirations, Sean and Kayla Hall relocated from The Woodlands, Texas, to New Hampshire. They knew Bishop Farm was the place to carry out this plan after seeing it. They have worked in the retail and service industries for more than 40 years collectively. Kayla has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and service sector and is a professional wedding and event coordinator. She has held every position related to the wedding and service industries, including designing, managing, and working. Kayla provides great service and high levels of customer satisfaction because she has an exceptional understanding of what a client needs and pays impeccable attention to detail. Capitol Center for the Arts is a performing arts venue in Concord, New Hampshire, anchored by the Chubb Theatre, originally built as the Capitol Theatre in 1927 and reopened as the nonprofit Capitol Center for the Arts in 1995 following renovation. Bank of NH Stage, a more recently renovated performance space with a main theatre, lobby, and the Cantin Room lounge, joined the campus in 2019 through a capital campaign. Beyond its performance schedule, the Capitol Center hosts weddings, business conferences, benefits, holiday parties, reunions, trade shows, and other private events. The Chubb Theatre seats up to 1,300 guests theatre-style for meetings and large gatherings. Governor's Hall, an open, historic function room, accommodates weddings and celebrations for up to 350 guests standing or 200 seated. Wedding celebrations at the Mountain Club on Loon are offered during select seasons — April, May, late October, November, and early December — and accommodate between 50 and 150 guests. Lake Morey Resort is a family-owned resort set in the Vermont hills above the Connecticut River, on the shores of Lake Morey in Fairlee. Now operated by the third generation of the Avery family, who have owned the property since 1972, the resort traces its roots to 1905, when its original hotel building was constructed alongside a golf course developed a few years earlier. The resort has hosted weddings and celebrations for more than 50 years, pairing lakefront event rooms with garden and lakeside outdoor spaces for ceremonies and receptions.
