George and Judy Lee, with the help of Skip Engelbrecht, founded La Maison Rouge in 1995. Located in the center of Paris on Ponce, which has been a prominent shopping destination in midtown Atlanta for more than 30 years. The extravagant and lavish furnishings were gathered from abroad buying trips, mansions in Georgia, and we are especially privileged to have some pieces from Coretta Scott's and Dr. Martin Luther King's homes. We've staged countless festivities, fundraisers, and events over the previous 25 years. On the 100th anniversary of the building's construction, a fire broke out on Ponce de Leon on Thanksgiving Eve, 2019. The cause is unknown, but despite the enormous destruction, much of the furniture and the heart of La Maison Rouge were spared. We never imagined we'd be able to locate anything as special as our Midtown apartment, but we did! The Healey Building, where we now reside, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Built in 1913, it's a magnificent neo-gothic marble structure with a stunning entry rotunda that we can use in addition to our new area. We now have a greater capacity and more availability for smaller events thanks to the new space, which is about double the size of our prior location. Furthermore, we are no longer limited to merely holding evening activities. We may now host events at any time! If you liked our prior location in Midtown, you'll adore our new digs.

Midtown Events Center occupies a fully renovated former church in Bowling Green, Kentucky, nestled near downtown off Fairview Avenue — recognized by the historic Bowling Green water tower nearby. The building retains its original hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and chandeliers, offering a classic architectural backdrop that suits everything from intimate ceremonies to milestone celebrations. The venue hosts weddings, receptions, business meetings, conferences, and private parties. An on-site bridal suite and catering kitchen are included, and outside vendors are welcome, giving clients the flexibility to bring in their preferred caterers, florists, and entertainment. Dedicated parking and both indoor and outdoor space round out the practical side of the facility. Day-of coordination, decorating services, and set-up consultation are available through the venue team, led by Donna, who brings more than 20 years of event planning and decorating experience to each event.

The Catholic Shrine of the Immaculate Conception stands as Atlanta's most historic church, originally built in 1848 to serve workers constructing the railroad that gave the city its name. One of the only original structures to survive the burning of Atlanta during the Civil War — spared after a direct appeal to General Sherman — the Shrine is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and continues to welcome couples from across the country and around the world to celebrate their marriages within its walls. The sanctuary is a dramatic setting for wedding ceremonies. A long center aisle anchors the processional, while soaring ceilings adorned with hand-painted artwork, classic marble altars, and stained glass windows that catch the sunlight create an atmosphere few Atlanta venues can match. The venue's magnificent pipe organ, performed by the in-house Music Minister, sets the tone for the liturgy. The standard wedding package includes use of the building, on-site coordinators for the rehearsal and wedding day, the organist, facility maintenance, and clergy honorarium. Secure parking is available in the nearby parking deck on MLK Jr. Drive. The Shrine is situated in the heart of downtown Atlanta, convenient to I-75/I-85 and I-20, with reception venues within minutes.

The Biltmore Hotel, which opened its doors in 1924 and served as the center of Atlanta's business and social life for over sixty years. This magnificent landmark was created by the architecture company Shultze and Weaver, which is also responsible for such iconic hotels as The Breakers in Palm Beach, the Waldorf-Astoria in New York, The Pierre, and The Sherry Netherland in Amsterdam. It was formerly referred to as "The South's Supreme Hotel," but the Biltmore was forced to lock its doors in 1982 after a change in ownership and several years of continuous deterioration. When The Biltmore underwent a complete makeover in 1999, it was the result of sixteen years of neglect and abandonment. The result was a combination of Class A office space and retail space, as well as a unique event area. The reconstruction of the Georgian and Imperial Ballrooms, which are now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, allowed The Biltmore to swiftly reclaim its position as one of Atlanta's social and commercial hotspots. The Biltmore Ballrooms, with their original handmade plaster relief ceilings, restored crystal chandeliers, Palladian windows, and Tennessee marble flooring, provide a stunningly breathtaking setting for weddings, business parties, and any other social celebration held in the historic mansion.
