Rios-Lovell Estate Winery is a family-owned and operated winery situated on a 68-acre hilltop estate along Tesla Road in Livermore Valley Wine Country. The property commands panoramic views of surrounding vineyards and mountains, and all wines are grown, produced, and bottled on site. The picturesque grounds encompass a Gala Event Center, a Wedding Gazebo, a Garden with Fountain, a Tasting Hall, and open picnic areas, all set within beautifully landscaped gardens and an outdoor country French-style village. Event spaces accommodate gatherings from intimate picnics of 40 guests to full outdoor celebrations of up to 260 guests. Rios-Lovell books one event per day, ensuring each occasion has exclusive use of the property. Livermore, California is home to the Garré Winery. Viticulture activities in the Livermore Valley can be traced back to 1832, according to historians. Nonna "Rosa" Garré in a family photo with her son-in-law Gino Molinaro, who is clutching the family wine jug. We can also trace our family's winemaking back to a little village outside of Genoa, Italy, in the early 1800s. The Martinelli Event Center is a lovely Hacienda-style structure with a cobblestone courtyard, fireplace, and fountain. A wisteria-covered arbor with mission-style environs overlooks the valley, adding elegance to any wedding, celebration, or business gathering. For meetings and ceremonies, the Martinelli Event Center can accommodate up to 200 seated guests, with a reception capacity of up to 200 seated people indoors and 250 sat outside. Cresta Blanca Ballroom The Cresta Blanca Ballroom is an excellent choice for any type of gathering. Guests from all over the world can gather to celebrate your big day in the heart of Livermore Valley Wine Country. Our ballroom is bright and spacious, with neutral tones and plenty of natural light. From the moment you walk in the door to see our venue until the moment you share your last dance of the night, our skilled crew is here to make sure your event is joyful, beautiful, and breathtaking. A built-in dance floor, stage, catering kitchen, tables, and chairs are all available in our ballroom. We do not have a list of favored vendors. Our ballroom may be partitioned, giving renters two options: Cresta Blanca North or Cresta Blanca South, for parties that require a smaller location. Facility Event Rental Process Applications are accepted eighteen (18) months in advance of the requested date, on a first-come, first-served basis; preferred dates, times, and facility location vary. Applicants must submit a completed and signed Facility Rental Application, as well as a refundable deposit, to book and reserve the day. The remaining rental fees must be paid sixty (60) days prior to the event date. If applicants want to rent with the Livermore Area Recreation and Park District, they must understand and obey the Facility Rental Rules and Regulations. A facility, date, or requested times are not guaranteed or secured by submitting an application. Terra Mia Ristorante Italiano has been bringing genuine Italian cooking to the Livermore Valley since 2006. Located at 4040 East Avenue in Livermore, California, the restaurant draws on the traditions of Italian home cooking — simple, honest recipes using fresh, sustainable ingredients and pasta made in-house. Three private banquet rooms accommodate a range of gatherings. The Barolo Room seats up to 50 guests, the Chianti Room offers space for up to 60 in a secluded setting behind the bar, and the Main Room — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 120 seated guests. An outdoor patio rounds out the venue's options. Events can be scheduled for lunch, afternoon, or dinner service. Terra Mia is well suited for weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, baby showers, anniversaries, baptisms, and business meetings. Our Estate This historic winery, located off the main route in the Livermore Valley, is one of California's first and most established wine farms. All of our wines are obtained solely from our own vineyard and winery. On our land, we farm our vineyard and plant grape varietals that are suited to the varied microclimates that exist. Our winemaking palette is created as a result of this, allowing us to combine great wines that genuinely represent the distinct qualities of our estate's terroir. Our History Murrieta's Well is one of California's oldest wineries, having been in operation since the 1800s and cultivating grapes ever since. Starting with cuttings from France's celebrated Chateau d'Yquem and Chateau Margaux vineyards, our vineyard has grown to yield fruit of the best quality ever produced. We are extremely proud of our origins and believe that our wines accurately capture the spirit of location that we adore.
