Celebrate the Occasion That You Deserve It is believed that "Munnysunk," the former estate house of Frank Bailey, was initially constructed somewhere in the 1800s. After purchasing the property, Frank enlisted the help of Craig Severance to renovate it while preserving the rustic charm of the neocolonial structure. Bailey House and its surrounding grounds, which can accommodate up to 75 guests for wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, and private events, has been transformed into a stunning venue. Current Rental Guidelines Effective 2021-2022 - All events will have a maximum capacity of 50 people or less, including children and excluding staff, through December 2021. This number will increase to 75 people as of January 2022. - All events are to be outside events only (ceremonies, receptions, etc.). - Indoor use of Bailey House is restricted to restroom access only and will not have access to the rest of the building. - The historic Bailey House will be undergoing major construction during the winter season of 2021-2022. As the building is owned by Nassau County, we cannot guarantee that the building will be functional come spring of 2022.

The historic gardens at Planting Field make the ideal location for weddings, rehearsal dinners, and other special occasions. After the gardens have closed to the public, ceremonies for weddings and other celebrations usually start at 5 o'clock or later. To guarantee the exclusivity of your event, only one nighttime event is scheduled for each date. A payment of $15,000 is required to reserve Planting Fields for your private event, and the host is entitled to one year of Sustaining Member perks. Wedding ceremonies call for a $5,000 donation, which entitles the host to one year of Family Member perks. A spectacular Gold Coast mansion from the 1920s still stands today as a statement about art, architecture, and landscape, and its name is Planting Fields. The grounds, which were originally created by the Olmsted Brothers and are situated in Oyster Bay, New York, have 409 acres of greenhouses, rolling lawns, formal gardens, wooded pathways, and exceptional plant collections. Landmark on Main Street is a not-for-profit performing arts and community center at 232 Main Street in Port Washington, NY. The venue is housed within a 1994 renovation of an 87-year-old former school building, transformed into a 25,000-square-foot complex that includes the 425-seat Jeanne Rimsky Theater.
