The Founder's Room, located in lovely downtown Downers Grove, offers private dining space for up to 90 guests. The room can easily be divided into two smaller spaces, each holding up to 40 people. Andy Burns, Emmett's creator and founder, first became interested in the craft beer market while attending Marquette University. Andy worked as a carpenter's assistant in the heart of Milwaukee (Brew City) during the summers. He and his boss, Jim, would unload their work truck and crack open one of Jim's home brews after a long day's labor. Andy was smitten. He studied up and began brewing his own beer at home after visiting a local home brew business. Andy joined the Marine Corps after college and flew reconnaissance drones while his homebrew gear gathered dust. Andy saw the rise of craft beer while training on the west coast. He drank it down, amazed at the variety of beers and breweries along the coast. Craft beer was nearly non-existent back in Chicago, he realized. Andy spoke with craft brewery owners, sat in the front row at brewing seminars, and believed in his mission: to pioneer craft beer in the Chicagoland area. Andy and his team of brewers now produce world-class beer in Chicago's backyard. Locals brew for locals, neighbors help neighbors, and beer and food lovers meet just down the block to celebrate good times. Emmett's is now bottling its beer, so you can enjoy a six-pack of locally brewed beer at home.

White Pines Golf Club is a Bensenville Park District facility set on more than 260 acres of maintained grounds west of Chicago. A fixture in the Chicago area since 1928, the club has evolved from its origins as an 18-hole course into a full-service event destination with two spaces designed for private celebrations. The Banquet Room accommodates up to 240 guests and features vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the golf course, pond, and water features. It is well suited for wedding receptions, corporate dinners, and milestone events where guests can take in course views throughout the evening. The Pavilion is a climate-controlled permanent outdoor tent available from May through September, accommodating up to 300 guests. A secluded west-side patio adjoins the space for cocktails and mingling. Together, the two spaces serve weddings, quinceañeras, golf outings, showers, business meetings, and fundraisers, with catering handled by an in-house culinary team.

Itasca Country Club boasts a rich history, dating back to its organization in 1925 by B.B. Clover. Soon after, in 1928, the club was purchased by William Lyons who remained an integral part of the club until his retirement in 1985. The Itasca Country Club has been a staple in the community for over 90+ years and is a designated historical landmark by the Village of Itasca's Historical Preservation Committee and has been honored as a "Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary" by the National Audubon Society. We celebrate our colorful past while also continuing to build new memories for our members and their families. Today the Itasca Country Club is a family friendly private country club with a beautiful golf course, pool and banquet facility located in the heart of Itasca, IL. We offer a bocce ball court in the warmer months and an ice rink in the winter months to our members, as well as a family game room and a full service restaurant, the Fox & Turtle, which is open to the public. Harold Zook, one of Chicago's most known domestic architects, emanates grace and elegance. It can accommodate a wide range of special events and occasions, from weddings and social celebrations to corporate meetings and retreats, and is as versatile as it is engaging. The first floor of the English-style structure is full of charm, with a large living room with a fireplace, piano, dining room, kitchen, alcove, and access to the lovely patios and grounds, which can be utilized for outdoor events. ​ The Lodge is an ideal location for weddings and receptions. A lovely dining room, living room, and alcove for seated meals and cocktail gatherings can be found on the first level. A ballroom on the second level is excellent for indoor wedding ceremonies and dancing.
