The Kenilworth Assembly Hall was designed by Chicago architect George W. Maher, who was a contemporary of Frank Lloyd Wright. It was completed in 1907. It is designated on the National Register of Historic Places and has functioned as a lovely community house since it was built in the early twentieth century. The Pavilion, a two-story structure built in 1898, is one of the city's most important historical landmarks. It's at 100 Oakwood Boulevard in Lords Park, a 108-acre photographic site in the magnificent historic Lords Park. Groups of up to 250 individuals can use the space; fees vary depending on size and rental terms. The scene of your wedding will be situated against a gorgeous lake with a plethora of trees and flowers. You can exchange vows beside the lake, and move inside for a reception inside the pavilion. The Heritage Ballroom at the Edward Schock Centre of Elgin is a city-operated banquet venue in Elgin, Illinois, situated along the Fox River adjacent to scenic Walton Island. In medieval Ireland, a snug was a private area with its own entrance from the street and its own access to the bar, reserved only for ladies. We decided to open the Snug at the same time as the temperance movement began in Evanston to accommodate folks searching for a small private party area to enjoy our freshly-made drinks and our local fair. It has enough space for a cocktail party of up to 15 people or a seated meal for 10-14 people, as well as plenty of furniture and a huge window. Our dining room can handle a corporate lunch as well as a traditional family-style supper.. Whatever your requirements, we will do all we can to meet them. If you would want to listen to your own music, we offer audiovisual possibilities with our Sharp HD television and iPod ports. SPACE has been named on DownBeat Magazine's, 93XRT's, and Chicago Tribune's finest venue lists. SPACE honored ten years of live music in 2018 with the inaugural "Out of Space" series, a complete summer of outdoor performances hosted by 93XRT in some of Evanston's most treasured spots. The concerts took place this summer at Canal Shores, an 18-hole golf course that opened in 1919 in Evanston; Temperance Beer Co., SPACE's neighbor one mile west on Dempster since 2013; and the Big Evanston Block Party, located just north of the venue and one block east of the Dempster Purple Line stop. SPACE closed its doors in the spring of 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, and shifted its focus to creative, safe, and socially detached concert experiences. The Space Record Club matched new vinyl with local craft beer for fans' in-home listening enjoyment, while the To-Go Show series brought micro-concerts straight to Evanstonians' yards. From July to October, the Space Summer Stage hosted more than 80 performances by local and national touring artists under a large big top tent. SPACE hopes to continue exploring safe and exciting ways to serve Evanston through a range of performances, outdoor experiences, and community activities as we look to the future.

6300 S. Lake Shore Drive (E. Hayes Drive @ Lake Michigan) is the address for 63rd Street Beach in Jackson Park. This beach offers a wide range of amenities to visitors. Stop by Belly Up for delicious Jamaican cuisine, or Leave With a Smile for snacks and drinks. Restrooms, interactive water fountains, showers, and meeting rooms are all available to beachgoers at the historic beach house. It is possible to rent the beach house. In 1871, the renowned Central Park designers, Olmsted & Vaux, built Jackson Park, as well as the adjacent Midway Plaisance and Washington Park. By 1888, the region had a paved beach built of granite bricks that covered the whole lakefront in Jackson Park. Given that untreated sewage was being poured into Lake Michigan at the time, it's no surprise that the beaches were used as paved walkways for strolling or promenading rather than wading or bathing. When Chicago's ingenious Drainage Canal was completed in 1899 and began transporting sewage to other sites, the lakefront became a popular spot for public swimming. After receiving several requests from South Side residents for larger beaches at the turn of the century, the South Park Commissioners opted to expand the beach sand area. In 1914, they devised a new plan for the landfill, and three years later, the 10-acre beach extension was completed. By 1919, an elegant bathing pavilion had been built near to the beach as part of this concept. The bathing pavilion, now known as the 63rd Street Beach House, was renovated by the Chicago Park District in 2000. The 63rd Street Beach House is a beautiful Classical Revival structure. The remarkable structure was designed by South Park Commission in-house architects. The magnificent exposed-aggregate concrete building, completed in 1919, takes full advantage of Lake Michigan with its open balconies and loggias (ground-level open-air galleries), allowing for lovely lake vistas and nice breezes. Bathrooms and baths, medical facilities, and separate courtyards for men and women with hundreds of wooden changing booths were all given in the past. The open courtyards are now tastefully landscaped places with an interactive water element, rather than wooden booths (made possible by the Max Schiff Foundation).

Illinois Beach Hotel sits within Illinois Beach State Park in Zion, Illinois — the only hotel in the state located directly on Lake Michigan and the last remaining undeveloped stretch of the lake's shoreline in Illinois. Positioned roughly 50 miles north of Chicago, the property offers guests and event attendees direct access to a sandy beachfront setting that is otherwise inaccessible in the region. The hotel's primary event space, the Grand Ballroom, accommodates up to 200 guests and is suited for weddings, quinceañeras, bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate gatherings, graduation parties, anniversaries, reunions, and holiday events. Wedding packages include bar setup, tables, linens, stemware, flatware, china, banquet chairs, complimentary WiFi, and complimentary parking. Since opening in July 1999, the restaurant has built a following around its rustic, casually sophisticated atmosphere — where the warmth of Italian hospitality and the chatter of guests around the table set the tone for every meal and gathering. For private events, Francesca's Amici accommodates groups ranging from 10 to 180 guests across two dedicated event spaces. Room 1 seats up to 30 guests in a more intimate setting, while the North Room handles larger parties of up to 80 seated. Both spaces offer family-style, plated, and appetizer reception service options, with in-house catering and private event menus available for each.

The Irish American Heritage Center is a hidden jewel on the city's northwest side that is ideal for hosting meetings, social events, and group celebrations for both large and small groups. Private events can be held in the full Irish American Heritage Center or in individual rooms for smaller parties. We rent on a daily and hourly basis. In addition, we have two parking areas to accommodate your guests. ERIN ROOM The Erin Room, located on the fourth floor, is a private floor with a private bar, enormous glass windows, and crystal chandeliers. This magnificent area, which is conveniently accessible via our elevator and stairwells, is the ideal location for your wedding, benefit, anniversary, or concert. THE FIFTH PROVINCE HALL The Fifth Province Hall, which is located on the first level, features magnificent architectural aspects such as high ceilings and wooden accents. Because it is directly across the street from our Fifth Province Pub, this is one of our most popular rooms for a traditional Irish wedding. THE CEILI & SHANACHIE ROOMS The Ceili and Shanachie Rooms, both on the first floor of the Center, are ideal for family gatherings, fundraisers, and dance courses. THE MCGINTY ROOM The McGinty Room, on the third level, has an Irish feel to it and features a built-in bar as well as a stage for performance. This space is ideal for your upcoming baptism or communion. THE MAYFAIR THEATER This 658-seat theater is great for your next concert, play, dance performance, movie screening, or recital. ROOM 311 This exquisite space is on the third level and has windows on the west side, allowing natural light to stream in and accentuate the lofty ceilings and opulent embellishments. ROOM 304 These rooms, which are all on the third level, are ideal for small seminars, group meetings, music lessons, and dance classes. THE TARA ROOM The Tara room, a larger event area on the third floor with high ceilings and windows that let in natural light, is ideal for family or corporate events.

Favareli Fashion Space in Wheeling, IL is a great place for your birthday parties, master classes, meetings with friends and other events. Located in a convenient place near the Wheeling downtown, train station and multiple restaurants, near major roads, with a spacious parking, it is easy to find and get in. We have a stage with a dressing room, sound equipment and party lights, TV with airplay, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle and a toaster. If you want to do some crafting, there are five sewing machines, an overlock machine, a heat press and more. Outside food or catering are allowed.
