The Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you'll need for an unforgettable event! Arlington Lakes Golf Club is an 18-hole, 90-acre municipal golf course in Arlington Heights, Illinois, owned and managed by the Arlington Heights Park District. The course was renovated in 2016 and sits on land that once served as a Nike Missile Base, with water hazards coming into play on 13 of 18 holes. The clubhouse offers two dedicated event spaces suited for private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The Hearth Room accommodates up to 95 guests and features a dance floor and a wrap-around balcony overlooking the fairways — a setting that works well for wedding receptions, anniversary parties, and retirement events. The Festival Room seats up to 40 and is well suited for showers, luncheons, and smaller corporate meetings. Outside food is welcome, and the club provides a range of beverage packages, table linens, and optional add-ons including a projector and sound system. An elevator serves both floors of the clubhouse.

At its core, ELAWA FARM is an innovative public-private collaboration devoted to the preservation and maintenance of a rare combination of natural environment, created landscapes, as well as architectural and historic structures. It was in 1998 that the City of Lake Forest purchased a 16-acre tract of land that included the original farm complex buildings that were once part of a gentleman's farm dating back to the early twentieth century, known as ELAWA FARM. This acquisition, which was made adjacent to the environmentally valuable Middlefork Savana, provided a chance for a unique combination of public and private entities to work in the preservation and use of this land, which was previously underutilized. Elawa Farm is currently operated by the Elawa Farm Foundation, which is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Middlefork Savana is a section of the Lake County Forest Preserve, which is located in northern California. GENERAL INFORMATION Several points of interest are listed below. Above all, we recognize that this is YOUR party, YOUR occasion, and YOUR meal. We will go above and above to fulfill your unique requirements and exceed your expectations. Our top priority is your satisfaction. SERVICE Individually plated lunch and dinners are provided, as well as a family type alternative. Everyone will enjoy a selection of things from one of our family style meals. FEES FOR SERVICES A 10% tax will be charged to the entire cost of food and beverages (Gratuity not included). A 3% event fee will be added to the final bill. GUARANTEES A $250 reservation fee is needed at the time of the reservation for all parties. The function's final payment must be made on the day of the event. When a reservation is canceled within 60 days of the function date, the reservation fee is nonrefundable. MINIMUMS FOR THE ROOM There are no additional fees for certain rooms. During dinner hours, however, there are room minimums that must be satisfied. During lunchtime, there are no minimums. Our special events coordinator can walk you through the process. For private events, Froggy's offers three dedicated spaces. The Greenhouse Bar accommodates up to 25 guests and is available Saturdays for lunch and Sundays for events, set beneath warm lights and lush greenery. The Wine Cellar holds up to 50 and is accessible daily with customizable layouts suited to seated dinners and intimate receptions. The Dining Room seats up to 80 and is available Sundays for lunch or dinner and Saturdays for lunch events.
