Town & Gown is a historic ballroom on the University Park Campus of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, established in 1935. Situated at the center of the university's storied campus, the venue blends its nearly century-long heritage with contemporary elegance, making it a distinctive setting for weddings, galas, corporate events, and private celebrations. The main ballroom spans 6,426 square feet with 15-foot ceilings and is illuminated by ten Schonbek crystal chandeliers. It accommodates up to 420 guests for banquet-style dinners and up to 600 for standing receptions. Flexible configurations support everything from intimate seated dinners to large-scale ceremonies and cocktail events. Town & Gown offers comprehensive event services through USC's hospitality team, including full catering and bar service, audiovisual support, florals, cake services, and equipment rentals. On-site parking is available, and the venue is ADA accessible.

It's like receiving an unexpected surprise when you visit the Los Angeles River Center and Gardens. This stunning event property, only minutes from downtown Los Angeles and right over the Los Angeles River, will fit many a bride's fantasy wedding destination. The Center is a well-kept secret, concealed behind ivy-covered walls. The entry is marked by a broad, circular brick driveway with a spreading ficus tree in the center, and the first look of the fountains, flowers, and serenity within is through the arched, wrought-iron gate. The courtyard at the entrance is a lovely way to begin your visit to the Center, but the carved wooden doors in the back soon draw you into the Main Courtyard, which is the perfect setting for a special occasion. The arcaded terraces of the Center's buildings surround the multi-level plaza on three sides. The breeze rustles the pepper trees, as roses, agapanthus, and daylilies soak up the sun in the beds. A three-tiered fountain sits in the midst of a tiled reflecting pool, surrounded on all four sides by terra cotta pots filled with flowers. An arched gateway in a stucco wall leads from the Main courtyard to the San Fernando Courtyard, another spacious patio with an adjoining lawn. This patio is dappled in shade and has a calm dignity thanks to a great old ficus tree. The lawn, which is surrounded by tree-lined walls, is frequently utilized for ceremonies, while the patio can be used for meals or dancing. The San Fernando Courtyard is its own private little universe, bordered on one side by the California Building and on the other three by high walls. The California Building is used for indoor events and major meetings. A Mexican-tile floor, arched windows, and a large, peaked roof flood the main event space with natural light. Tables and chairs are arranged beneath the skylight, with additional sitting accessible on the second-story walkway that circles the area. Smaller meetings and conferences can be held in the Los Feliz Room.

Westridge Golf Club is a country club and event venue situated along the fairways of an 18-hole championship golf course in La Habra, California, with views of the San Gabriel Mountains. Established more than 25 years ago, the club pairs its golf offerings with a full range of private event spaces designed for gatherings from intimate celebrations to large-scale receptions. Four distinct spaces serve events ranging from 30 to 250 guests. The Lakeview Room is the club's primary indoor ballroom, accommodating up to 250 guests for weddings, quinceañeras, galas, and corporate events. The Garden is a luminous open-air setting beside the property's scenic lake, suited for bridal showers, brunches, and luncheons of up to 100 guests. Vows by the Lake is a dedicated lakeside ceremony site featuring a white gazebo framed by fairways, with seating for up to 200 guests. Stone Manor, located high in the Malibu hills, is a little closer to heaven than most places, and it boasts a view that is commensurate with its close proximity to Paradise. The estate, which sits in a secluded cove at the end of its own private road, commands sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, which stretches from Catalina Island to Santa Monica Bay. Moreover, while the panoramic vista is undoubtedly something to behold, the house and grounds are equally impressive. The mansion, with its thick walls and stone façade, is reminiscent of an English manor house in its design and layout. It presides over a series of formally landscaped terraces that step down to the edge of the property and are all set against the backdrop of the sea and the sky, respectively. Ceremonies are usually held on the upper terrace, which is a large U-shaped lawn with a slate aisle running down the center. The bride makes her entrance from the house, where she can see the entire scene below from the top of a stone stairway: guests seated on the grass, a border of fiery bougainvillea and deep green hedges, and the Malibu coastline in the distance.
