The UCI Student Center Conference Center is a 53,680-square-foot event facility at the University of California, Irvine, open daily from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and available to both campus departments and off-campus clients. Situated in the heart of campus adjacent to Aldrich Park and the Ring Mall — the defining circular pathway connecting UCI's primary buildings — the conference center serves as the primary resource for meetings, seminars, conferences, and social events on campus. The conference center encompasses a range of configurable indoor spaces, from intimate boardrooms to a 403-seat auditorium, accommodating gatherings of all sizes. Rooms throughout the facility are equipped with built-in audiovisual technology, HDMI video support, and assistive listening devices, and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building. The Pacific Ballrooms alone offer over 11,000 square feet of flexible floor space with 14-to-15-foot ceilings and abundant natural light, while the Crystal Cove Auditorium features a 35-by-11-foot stage and a state-of-the-art digital projection system with cinematic surround sound. Event planning support is provided through the Student Center Event Services team, which assists with space setup, audiovisual coordination, and marketing for on-campus events.

The Mark For Events is a full-service venue and event space located at 9320 W. Pico Blvd. in Los Angeles, minutes from Beverly Hills, West Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and Hollywood. Spanning more than 7,500 square feet, the venue offers three distinct event spaces — The Wood Room, The Glass Room, and The Beam Room — which can be reserved individually for intimate gatherings or combined into a single grand space for larger celebrations. The venue accommodates groups from 50 to 400 guests. The Mark specializes in fine food and beverage, bringing in-house catering and full bar service to every event. State-of-the-art decor and lighting design allow each space to be transformed to suit a wide range of occasions, from corporate receptions and press events to weddings and private parties. On-site valet parking, linen rentals, and tabletop rentals round out the full-service experience.

The Calabasas Community Center is a 30,000-square-foot recreational facility located at 27040 Malibu Hills Road in Calabasas, California, on a 4.5-acre parcel in the western San Fernando Valley foothills. Originally opened as the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, the facility reopened in March 2024 following a $2.1 million renovation — funded by federal and Los Angeles County grants — that included a full roof replacement, new gymnasium flooring, and upgraded equipment throughout. The center offers rental space for private events, parties, and milestone celebrations through two primary event areas: The Grove, a 4,500-square-foot banquet hall featuring new flooring, motorized blinds, a warming kitchen, and high-definition video walls suited to wedding receptions, galas, and corporate events; and a multi-purpose activity room with an adjacent outdoor patio for smaller gatherings and meetings. Event furniture is included with rental packages. Beyond its event spaces, the facility houses a 10,000-square-foot gymnasium, a full-service fitness studio, a dance and exercise studio, a weight room, a 35-foot indoor rock climbing wall, and a child watch playroom. Malaga Cove Library occupies a 1929 Mediterranean Revival landmark designed by architect Myron Hunt, situated within Malaga Cove Plaza in Palos Verdes Estates, California. The five-story building features cream-colored stucco walls, a red mission tile roof, wrought-iron railings, and a main reading room with exposed wood beams and hand-carved walnut furniture — all set against a hillside overlooking the Pacific coast. In 1980, the building was designated a historical landmark by the Rancho de los Palos Verdes Historical Society, and it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1995. The venue offers two primary event settings: a large classical Art Gallery on the ground floor and the adjacent Olmsted Garden, a terraced outdoor space originally designed by Frederick Olmsted Jr. in 1930 and later restored to its original specifications. Together, the Gallery and Garden accommodate wedding ceremonies of up to 100 guests, with seated reception capacity of up to 85 when both spaces are combined. The Tower Room at the top of the building, featuring angled ceilings, exposed beams, and Pacific Ocean views, serves as an additional staging area for wedding parties. A Community Room on the premises accommodates up to 50 guests and is available for meetings, seminars, training sessions, and private parties. Events in both settings are managed through the Palos Verdes Library District.

Guitar Merchant is a music retail store, school, and live performance venue founded in 1999 in West Hills, California, serving the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. Located at the corner of Fallbrook and Saticoy in West Hills, the business has been recognized as a top-100 music dealer by NAMM for customer service excellence. The venue side of Guitar Merchant — The Stettler Room — hosts weekly open mic nights every Thursday at 7 p.m., live band performances, youth showcases (Kids JAMboree), artist recitals, and album release shows. The space is also available for private rental for recitals, music releases, birthday parties, film shoots, and art shows. Lessons at Guitar Merchant span all instruments and all ages, with instruction available seven days a week. The campus includes multiple distinct venues — among them the Grand Pavilion with its adjoining Grand Patio, a full Auditorium, the Learning Commons, the St. Andre Bessette Chapel, and several meeting and community rooms. Spaces are equipped with audiovisual systems, kitchen facilities, and optional add-ons including dance floors, staging, LED lighting, patio heaters, linens, and dinnerware. St. Monica Catholic Community welcomes a wide variety of events including weddings, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, birthday parties, anniversaries, and workshops.
