108 Budleigh is an elegant event and wedding venue set in the heart of downtown Manteo on Roanoke Island, one block from the Outer Banks waterfront. The open-concept, two-story space carries a coastal Southern charm through its vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows, and a regal staircase encased in curved wrought iron railing. Two ballrooms anchor the main floor, with large open layouts that flex between ceremony, dining, and dancing beneath marble-top buffets, a mahogany mantle, and French doors that open onto a trellised veranda. Upstairs, an L-shaped loft and balcony overlook the first ballroom, offering a natural setting for cocktail hours, while side rooms and a bridal dressing area support wedding-day preparation. Outdoors, the veranda and lawn extend the celebration into the surrounding downtown streetscape. A catering kitchen and bars on both floors serve events, outside vendors are welcome, and the venue hosts a single event per day. Complimentary street and town parking rounds out the setting.

The Pavilion at Pirate's Cove Marina is a 13,000-square-foot open-air event venue set within the Pirate's Cove Marina resort on Roanoke Sound in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. The space accommodates over 300 guests with waterfront views from every seat. Ceremonies may be held on the marina-facing dock or outdoor lawn, while receptions take place under the pavilion — all within sight of resort yachts and tidal water. The venue includes a 30-foot granite bar, a built-in stage, a 21' x 21' dance floor, round and banquet tables, padded white resin chairs, professional lighting, and WiFi. Rental runs for a full 24 hours — 11 AM to 11 AM — and clients may select any vendor of their choice. On-site resort accommodations at Pirate's Cove keep guests within walking distance throughout the event.

Jennette's Pier stands at the edge of the Atlantic Ocean in Nags Head, North Carolina, extending 1,000 feet into the sea as the longest pier on the Outer Banks. Opened in 2011 as part of the NC Aquariums family, the pier house draws private gatherings — weddings, dinner parties, rehearsal events, and corporate functions — to one of the Carolina coast's most distinctive waterfront settings. Oceanview Hall, on the third floor of the pier house, offers 3,500 square feet of event space beneath hardwood cathedral ceilings with a fireplace and sweeping panoramic views of the Atlantic. A covered outdoor balcony extends the space toward the ocean, and the hall accommodates up to 175 seated guests and 250 for standing receptions.
