The Club at Longview is a private country club and event venue set on more than 1,000 acres in Waxhaw, North Carolina. The property traces its origins to the 1800s as the Longview Black Jack Farm, and the Club officially opened in October 2003 after the development of a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course on land that Nicklaus himself described as seeming always meant to be home to a great golf course. Old-world European architecture — shaped by founder Mel Graham's extensive travels throughout Europe — defines the 28,000-square-foot Clubhouse, giving the property a character that withstands the test of time and improves with age. The Clubhouse holds several distinct event spaces, including the Graham Ballroom, which seats 200 guests for a sit-down dinner or accommodates 250 for a standing reception; the intimate Wine Cellar with its wine country murals and old-world atmosphere; the Garden Room with access to a back terrace; and the TCL Board Room for meetings and smaller private gatherings. Established in 1996 in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ballantyne Country Club is a private club whose 45,000-square-foot main clubhouse anchors a range of settings for private events. Beyond its Rees Jones-designed championship golf course, the club opens its dining and meeting spaces to weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, milestone birthdays and anniversaries, and corporate meetings. Event options span an intimate Wine Room and an executive Governors Room for gatherings of up to 16, a Stephenson Room for up to 60, and a Main Dining Room that holds up to 250 guests for cocktail receptions or 180 for seated dinners. Anne Springs Close Greenway is a 2,100-acre nature reserve in Fort Mill, South Carolina, just minutes south of Charlotte — more than double the size of Central Park. The preserve's lakes, hardwood forests, and 40-mile trail network carry historical ties to the Catawba Nation and the Revolutionary and Civil War, and the land has been permanently preserved for public use as the vision of its namesake, Anne Springs Close. Within the Greenway, eight distinct venues and outdoor spaces are available for weddings, receptions, birthdays, corporate events, and meetings, ranging from the historic Founders Dairy Barn, built in 1947, to the rustic Bob Reid Field Trial Barn with its fire pit and market lights, to the tree-lined Comporium Amphitheater and open-air lawns overlooking Patterson Pond and the Greenway's rolling hills. Greenway Catering provides on-site food service for events, including southern-style barbecue, classic buffet packages, and customizable bar service, with a venue host on hand from start to finish.

The Clebourne House is an event location with the charm and warmth of a historic southern home, located in historic downtown Fort Mill, South Carolina. The beautifully restored venue offers ample space for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment, making it a fit for wedding receptions, company or personal events, holiday parties, and bridal showers. The venue includes a two-room bridal suite for the bride and her attendants to dress for the day, along with a separate groom's room. Catering, planning, setup, and cleanup are handled in-house as part of the venue's comprehensive event packages.

Whitehead Manor Conference Center occupies a 3-acre estate in Charlotte's SouthPark neighborhood, built around a historic home more than 100 years old. Exposed wood details, wraparound porches, towering oak trees, and manicured gardens set the property apart from conventional hotel or office settings — offering a quieter, more characterful backdrop for meetings, workshops, and private celebrations. The facility pairs the original manor house with a modern conference center and outdoor courtyard, giving event planners flexibility across multiple layout styles, including lounge, classroom, theater, seminar, and U-shape configurations. On-site event managers coordinate setup and custom furniture arrangements. A/V equipment — 85-inch Samsung Frame TVs, Bluetooth speakers, flipcharts, whiteboards, and full microphone and speaker systems — is available throughout. Catering for breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, and snacks is arranged through outside vendors.

Tega Cay Golf Club sits on more than 200 acres surrounding Lake Wylie in Tega Cay, South Carolina, its name drawn from the Polynesian phrase for "beautiful peninsula." The semi-private club is built around 27 holes of championship golf and has been voted the #1 golf course in the Fort Mill area, giving it a scenic, lakeside backdrop for events. At the center of the property is a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse with a renovated restaurant and golf shop. Belk Chapel anchors the wedding program: a non-denominational sanctuary that has hosted thousands of ceremonies since opening in 1950, featuring natural light and an adjoining rotunda for guest arrivals. Ovens Auditorium is Charlotte's largest performing arts theater, part of the Bojangles Entertainment Complex on East Independence Boulevard. Named in honor of David Ovens, a civic leader central to the complex's founding, the venue has hosted concerts, Broadway productions, comedy shows, family events, and symphony performances since 1955 — and is consistently recognized on Pollstar's Top 200 Theatre Venues Worldwide list. The main house seats 2,447 guests across orchestra, mezzanine, and balcony levels. For private gatherings, the auditorium offers dedicated event spaces with in-house food, beverage, and catering.
