Edenvale Winery is set on the historic grounds of Eden Valley Orchards, established in 1885 as Oregon's first pear orchard and now home to barrel-aged wines crafted in old-world styles since 1999. At the heart of the property is the Voorhies Mansion, a Colonial Revival home built in the 1890s, surrounded by Italian-style gardens redesigned in 1925. The estate offers a range of spaces for weddings and private events, from the mansion's Library, Parlor, and Grand Staircase for intimate gatherings to the Formal Gardens and Outdoor Ballroom, which can host up to 350 guests amid the vineyard and views of the Siskiyou Mountains. A 1925-era barn with a grassy amphitheater provides a more rustic setting for larger celebrations. Edenvale's event team offers custom catering with wine pairings, day-of coordination, and setup and breakdown services, along with a recommended vendor network for weddings, retreats, reunions, and company gatherings. The Voorhies Lounge, housed within the mansion, also hosts private dining events inspired by early 1900s social gatherings.

Green Springs Inn sits on a hundred acres inside the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument, where Pacific Northwest old-growth pine meets the high-desert ridgelines of Southern Oregon. Ashland is seventeen miles down the mountain, with its bookstores, its Shakespeare Festival, its small galleries and good coffee. Step out of the lodge at dusk and the world's noise isn't here. The sky is the kind of dark people drive hours to find. Most wedding venues run on a banquet schedule. Yours doesn't have to. Our weekend events block the lodge for two nights, our day events run on your timeline rather than a turnover clock, and the spaces are yours to shape. We have hosted two-person amphitheater ceremonies and we have hosted hundred-guest celebrations across the property. The infrastructure scales. What stays the same is the texture: a small team that knows the place by heart, helping you build the day you actually want. From a morning ceremony in the amphitheater with sunlight cutting through the pines, through cocktails on the lodge porch as the air cools, to the last guest finding their cabin under a sky that hasn't seen a streetlight in any direction, the day moves at the pace the mountain sets. You won't find a chandelier ballroom here. You'll find the Forest Room, with its timber ceiling and a wall of windows facing the trees. You'll find an outdoor amphitheater carved into the hillside, where the seats look out over the monument. And the cabin where you and your partner spend your first two nights as a married couple, Boccard Point, is included in every wedding package. The setting does the heavy lifting. The design choices we make protect that. After the ceremony, your guests gather on the lodge porch with drinks while the light shifts on the ridgeline. Dinner moves indoors to the Forest Room, where the timber and the long windows turn formal without trying. When the music starts, the dance floo

The structure was rebuilt to meet fire safety codes after Jacksonville experienced a series of devastating fires, and its brick construction has carried it through more than a century of use — from a working school with a bell tower that once called the town's children to class, to today's multi-purpose event and hospitality property. The property offers a range of rental spaces for weddings and private events, including the Event Center Ballroom, Garden Room, Large Group Room, School House Patio, School House Library, School House AV Room, School House Lobby, a bridal suite, and additional outdoor settings surrounded by gardens on the grounds. A restaurant and bar operate on the property, serving guests and event attendees alike, and the campus also includes long-term office lease space, giving Bigham Knoll School House a role in Jacksonville beyond single-day events.

Ashland Springs Hotel opened on July 1, 1925 as the Lithia Springs Hotel, a nine-story landmark that was, at the time, the tallest building between Portland and San Francisco. Built in a hybrid of gothic and beaux-arts architecture, the hotel features a two-story lobby with a grand fireplace and terrazzo flooring. After closing in 1997, the property underwent a comprehensive basement-to-rooftop restoration beginning in 1998 under owners Doug and Becky Neuman, preserving original details such as stained glass bearing the hotel's historic crest and six original chandeliers. Today the boutique hotel offers over 5,700 square feet of event space in downtown Ashland, Oregon, along with 70 guest rooms for out-of-town guests. Its five connected event spaces — the Grand Ballroom, Crystal Room, Conservatory, English Garden, and Palm Room — range from an old-world-inspired ballroom with a built-in dance floor to a cobblestone-floored outdoor garden with a wrought-iron gazebo, suiting everything from wedding ceremonies and receptions to corporate meetings and rehearsal dinners. Executive Chef Franco Console leads customized catering for events, and the hotel's sister property, Lithia Springs Resort & Wine Garden, offers an additional outdoor venue option nearby.

Pacifica: A Garden in the Siskiyous is a 420-acre nonprofit nature reserve in Oregon's Applegate Valley, between Grants Pass and Medford. Established in 1998, the property was once home to musician Steve Miller's recording studio before Pacifica preserved it as a botanic garden, nature center, and community gathering space dedicated to education and the celebration of environment, plants, the arts, and community. The grounds include Heron Pond, wooded trails, mountain views, and event spaces built around this natural setting. The Wedding Garden sits beside the pond, shaded by thickets and hedges, with flexible seating either facing the water and mountains or arranged on terraces overlooking the ceremony. The cedar-lined Great Hall offers a year-round indoor option with vaulted ceilings, hardwood flooring, and a roll-up glass door system that opens the room to the outdoors, while the historic, wood-paneled Pond House suits smaller ceremonies, showers, rehearsal dinners, or overnight lodging. Couples and planners work with Pacifica's venue coordinator on approval and pricing, and the property offers extras such as golf carts and trams, a quiet generator, projector and screen, ornamental plant rentals, memorial tree planting, and RV or tent camping for guests.
