Family-owned and operated, Trillium Nursery Farm features rustic barns and a charming cottage more than 100 years old. We have invested our hearts and souls into preserving the history of each original structure while incorporating modern elements for your utmost comfort. Our primary indoor space, the Grand Barn can accommodate up to 120 guests and features a preparation kitchen, outdoor bar, and covered dance floor patio to party the night away. Our Windmill Barn & Patio features our Bridal Suite upstairs, an intimate lounge and bar downstairs, and an outdoor patio all around. Our Pergola & Trillium Pond is perched atop an acre of exquisitely manicured lawn, our pond and water feature offer a stunning backdrop for your outdoor event up to 150 guests. Additionally, our onsite Trillium Cottage can be rented separately. It sleeps seven with an open kitchen, and thoughtful details throughout. This is perfect for out of town guests.

The National Nordic Museum is an internationally recognized museum and cultural center where people of all backgrounds are welcomed to be inspired by the values, traditions, art, and spirit of the Nordic peoples. Dedicated to collecting, preserving, and educating since its founding in 1980, our institution is the largest museum in the United States to honor the legacy of immigrants from the five Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, and Sweden. The NNM shares Nordic culture with people of all ages and backgrounds by exhibiting art and objects, preserving collections, providing educational and cultural experiences, and serving as a community gathering place. As a venue, it offers a variety of event spaces suitable for both large and small gatherings. All venue rentals include banquet tables and chairs, on-site staff during the event, basic house sound and lighting, and secured Wi-Fi.

The Olson Mansion is one of the Northwest's most beautiful wedding locations, thanks to its beautiful gardens, breathtaking mountain background, and unique position in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. The Olson Mansion property, located in Maple Valley, Washington, is a 44-acre venue. An indoor or outdoor wedding at this historic monument will be unforgettable! Unique in its beauty and elegance, it is a one-of-a-kind setting for any occasion. An impressive 10,500 square foot home with a large parlour room, bridal suite, groom's room, and a wraparound deck with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. In addition, there is a newly rebuilt rustic barn that has been finished on both the exterior and the interior, and is clad in cedar siding. The Mansion, which was completed in 1906, has a total floor area of 10,500 square feet. There is a whole floor dedicated to a wedding suite and bridal party room, which is ideal for getting ready for and documenting your important day. In addition to a designated Groom's Quarters that's excellent for the males, the main floor has enough of space for immediate family to congregate and get ready in. While this barn was previously a working dairy barn when it was built in 1907, it was totally renovated in 2013 and is now the home of New Community Church as well as a rustic and exquisite wedding location. The Barn can accommodate 300 guests for a ceremony and 200 guests for a reception. It features a raised stage, toilets, heat, and air conditioning. We can't wait to show you everything!

A 37-acre private estate that is entirely yours for your event. Manicured gardens, a private ponds with English swans, fountains, and two prestigious event tents. Accommodates up to 400 guests. Swedish immigrant Erick Sanders, a successful business and lumberman in Seattle and Bainbridge Island, built this elaborate craftsman house for himself and his wife Sara. The Sanders and several partners purchased 1,100 acres of land in the Green River Valley west of Kent as an investment. After constructing the Mill Pond and sawmill they began to harvest the timber. As a result, the open fertile farmland allowed for the start of what is now known as the Smith Brothers Dairy Farm. On this land, they founded the standard dairy and mill operations. Between 1908-1910 the Sanders’ mansion was constructed with lumber from the recently invested mill, salvaged glass from the Alaska-Yukon-Pacific Exposition, and excess bricks from the West Valley Highway construction. Most of these original features that have made the Sanders Mansion a unique and modern home of the early 1900’s and been maintained and restored to keep up our Estate as a historical landmark. You can still expect to see original light fixtures in the home and enjoy a warm shower in very rare and original “cage shower” in the upstairs restroom. The mansion was to be the Sanders’ retirement home, equipped with every modern experience and decked out in plants and trees galore. As the years went by the unobstructed view of the valley farmlands and Mt. Rainier were just a few benefits that the Sanders’ got to enjoy within their property. As for the 21st century, the Sanders Estate is our lush home away from home tucked in the corner of Kent.

The event space is available for rent to the public and to Members, and includes a full kitchen with a buffet serving counter, commercial refrigerator and freezer and sink, stove, oven, dishwasher and commercial coffee maker. Round and rectangle tables are available for use as well as folding chairs; however dishes, glassware and linens are not provided. The Clubhouse has ample parking and is wheelchair-accessible with ramps to the building entrance and an elevator. In accordance with City of Bellevue noise ordinances, the Club and Bellevue Police enforce a 10:00 PM ending time for all music on weeknights and 11:00 PM on weekends.

The Mount Baker Rowing and Sailing Center, located on the beaches of Lake Washington in Seattle's lovely Mount Baker neighborhood, is a stunning location for rowing and sailing. Everyone who lives, works, or attends school in Mount Baker is automatically enrolled as a member of the Club. There are no membership dues to pay! The Mount Baker Community Club, founded in 1909, is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization devoted to providing a meeting area for neighbors to get together, get to know one another, and foster a sense of community. Throughout the year, the Community Club offers a variety of activities and festivities. The Clubhouse can be rented for a variety of purposes, including private events, parties, off-site meetings, and other gatherings. You have the option of renting the full facility or simply the ballroom or conference room. The space is equipped with audio-visual equipment, a range of tables and seats, and a fully functional kitchen. If there is any equipment that we do not have on site, we have excellent working ties with numerous local suppliers that can meet all of your needs at competitive prices. Do you require a caterer? Wild Ginger Bellevue sits right on Bellevue Way NE, next door to the Bellevue Arts Museum and just across the street from Bellevue Square mall, in the Lincoln Square South stretch of downtown Bellevue. The restaurant moved into this address in 2017, a smaller footprint than its original Bellevue home at The Bravern, where it first opened in 2009 to mark parent restaurant Wild Ginger's 20th anniversary. Inside, SKB Architects designed the space to blend Asian influences with a more contemporary look, giving the room a casual but still dressed-up feel, with a main dining room, a bar, and private dining space set apart for events. The kitchen, led by Chef de Cuisine Milan Waduge, serves family-style dishes rooted in the cuisines of China and Southeast Asia, the same style Wild Ginger's founders picked up traveling through Malaysia, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong back in the 1980s. The wine program has drawn recognition for how well it pairs with the menu, and bottles under $100 are half off on Sundays.
