Fuller Craft Museum describes itself as New England's home for contemporary craft, located at 455 Oak Street in Brockton, Massachusetts. The museum sits on 22 acres of woodland on the shores of Upper Porters Pond, and its event spaces look out over the water and an adjacent patio. Three spaces are available for private rental: the Museum Greatroom, the Museum Lounge, and Studio A. The Greatroom — the largest of the three — accommodates up to 135 seated or 175 standing guests beneath high ceilings with exposed wood beams. The Museum Lounge seats up to 35 at tables or about 50 for informal gatherings, with windows that frame views of the pond. Studio A provides a more intimate setting for groups of up to 20 seated. Owned and managed by Dave and Lissa Trott for over 30 years, the property has hosted weddings and private events for more than a decade. The farm takes its name from a historic hill discovered behind the barn in the early 1800s. The grounds offer three outdoor ceremony locations, a reception tent, and a barn for indoor gatherings, with space for up to 150 guests. A private bridal suite is available for preparation before the ceremony. The farm's resident horses — including Bella, Penny, and mini horses Veronica and Hannah — are a beloved part of the experience and available for guest photos. Events run Friday through Sunday, with one event hosted per day. Outside vendors are welcome with proof of insurance, and the farm provides a curated list of preferred caterers, photographers, and entertainment vendors. THE ROOM OF THE BLACKSMITH We used to have a blacksmith shop in our private dining room, which was originally part of the working quarry. The forge, which was the hearth of the blacksmith, was where granite cutting tools were created, repaired, and sharpened. The Blacksmith Room is decorated with wrought-iron chandeliers, skylights, and vintage sconces that were imported from Europe. When set up as a king-style table, the room can comfortably accommodate 22 guests, or up to 30 people when set up as 5 tables of 6. The perfect setting for a rehearsal dinner, business presentation, family gathering, or cocktail party. THE ROOM WITH THE STONES There are large dark wood bamboo dividers separating this private function space from the main dining room, creating a spacious event space with stone-walled cathedral ceilings, wall mounted wine racks, and floor to ceiling windows. Tucked away toward the front of the building, The Stone Room is the ideal setting for your special occasion or reception. Can accommodate a 30-person event, complete with buffet and cake serving areas as well as gift-giving areas DESCRIPTION OF THE QUARRY ROOM Our Main Dining Room, which overlooks our granite quarry and patio, provides breathtaking views through a wall of full-height glass windows. Agawam Hunt is a private country club set on 130 wooded, riverside acres in Rumford, Rhode Island, just across the water from Providence's East Side. Founded in 1897 as a fox hunting organization, the club traces its roots to the Providence County Hunt of the 1870s and has occupied its current clubhouse site, a former farmhouse, since that era. In 2018, New Agawam, LLC acquired the property and partnered with The Nature Conservancy to permanently protect eleven of the club's interior golf course holes from development. The clubhouse offers formal and casual indoor spaces alongside outdoor venues on the property's rolling lawns and gardens, suited to weddings, showers, milestone celebrations, and corporate gatherings across the seasons. Catering draws on locally sourced ingredients from regional farms, dairies, and coastal waters, with an in-house pastry chef preparing custom cakes and gluten-free options.
