The Chateau Lill is widely regarded as the best event venue in the Woodinville area. With a property that is 10 acres in size and boasts immaculate grounds, including lush rolling lawns, ponds, and a small farm that is surrounded by tall fir trees. The actual chateau has a room called the Barrel Room and a room called the Grand Room. During the peak summer season, there is also a tented open-air terrace outside. Other concealed enclaves can be discovered in the upper lawn, the vineyard lawn, high up in the chateau tower, or at the popular gazebo that is tucked away next to our picturesque pond. It takes only twenty-five minutes to get to the heart of Seattle from Chateau Lill, fifteen minutes to get to Bellevue, and ten minutes to get to Redmond. There are a number of hotels in both Bellevue and Redmond that come highly recommended by our team. There are over 130 wineries, breweries, and distilleries dotted across the landscape of Woodinville, all of which are located within a radius of five miles of Chateau Lill. The Mill on Lake Stevens (The Mill) is a multi-use building located in the heart of Old Town Lake Stevens, at North Cove Park. It is a versatile rental space with two levels and is available for a variety of city, community, and private events, and is home to the Lake Stevens Farmers Market and City Council Chambers. The Mill contains three indoor meeting spaces, Sawyers Room, Hartford Hall, The Stack, and an outdoor covered plaza that can be rented in various combinations. The Sawyers Room is reserved for City Council, public meetings, and City business Monday through Thursday, and available for private rental Friday through Sunday. Hartford Hall is ideal for festivals, weddings, or trade shows. It is ready for your event’s personal touch with large bay doors, industrial details, and spacious layout. The Stack is a semi-private room located on the second floor of the Mill and overlooks Hartford Hall. Barn for Receptions in the Outdoors Beautiful rustic barn with weathered siding and rock wall exterior that is open on the east side, exposing views of the pond, waterfall, gardens, farm, and mountains. The interior is finished with a wood stove. Its partially enclosed interior is finished with clear cedar and recycled rusted tin, and it opens up to a large patio with a waterfall as well as lush gardens, hanging basket roses, and pergolas, and it has stairways that lead down to an open, grassy lawn. Strings of clear lights are strung across the patio and dance floor, creating an enchanting and romantic ambiance for your reception to take place in. There are numerous picturesque locations for the "first look" and additional photographs on the big day. There are a variety of options for your ceremony location. The facility is located indoors. Hidden Meadows is an artistically built facility that possesses features of the wonderful landscape that surrounds it. It is located in the calm and picturesque valley of Snohomish, Washington. We've been in business for 12 years and are always learning what our venue need to improve events. Every year, we strive to develop in both minor and significant ways. Not only is the facility attractively designed, with its lovely environment, pleasant walks, and calm atmosphere, but it also has a fascinating history. Tim and Tracy Stocker's children represent the farm's sixth generation of Stockers. When the dairy industry did not appear to be promising, the family began to cultivate sod, often known as turf, years ago. This business was a success, but it left the family with idle barns and undeveloped land. Hidden Meadows arose from the old barns that formerly housed hundreds of dairy cows to the unique events venue it is today, thanks to Tracy Stocker's architectural vision, the cooperation and support of family and friends, and countless hours given to building. The Hidden Meadows facility is certainly a magical change, demonstrating that its blend of country setting and expressive design is an ideal recipe for a superb event atmosphere.

Maroni Meadows is an outdoor wedding venue. It has 5 Acres that are private, serene, and beautiful. Maroni Meadows is a mixture of gardens of flowers and woods of towering majestic trees surrounded by 2 ponds and spacious open fields. Room for volleyball, bocci and other games. What makes Maroni Meadows so unique is the island-on-the-pond (just one of the ceremony sites). The Feather Ballroom is a historic event venue in downtown Snohomish, Washington, and one of the few remaining ballrooms on the West Coast. Built in 1906 by the Fraternal Order of Eagles, the space has hosted more than a century of celebrations beneath its ornate, embossed copper ceiling. A careful restoration preserved its original character — a rare sprung "floating" dance floor, original hardwood, period chandeliers and wall sconces, intricate tile work, and a grand staircase leading up to the ballroom — while adding modern amenities. Since 2021 it has been owned by twin sisters Lyndsay Lamb and Leslie Davis of Lamb & Co. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests, making it well suited to weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, proms, quinceañeras, and milestone celebrations. A professional catering kitchen and full-service bar support a wide range of catering, and an in-house sound system, wireless microphones, and drop-down projection screen are ready for presentations or dancing. Rentals run a generous twelve hours and follow an open-vendor policy, with a dedicated venue assistant on hand and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

Stocker Farms sits in the Snohomish River Valley just outside historic downtown Snohomish, marked by its namesake red barn and framed by views of the Cascade Mountains. The property pairs rustic, working-farm character with expansive grounds suited to gatherings of many kinds, from weddings and receptions to reunions, corporate events, company picnics, and private celebrations. Hosts can make use of the Red Barn as the main venue building, the Ceremonial Garden's grassy fields for an outdoor ceremony, and the wider grounds, which offer room for gatherings of nearly any size. An on-site bar serves events, and hosts can add extras like jumping pillows and bonfires to round out a celebration, with plenty of open space for children to run and play. Covington Cellars began as a hobby in a garage in Covington, Washington, before its founders, Cindy and David, turned their passion for winemaking into a business in 2002. The winery later relocated production to Woodinville, becoming the 19th winery to open in what has grown into a major wine destination. Its Woodinville tasting room sits in the Artisan Hill District, alongside a related tasting room in nearby Maltby, where the wine is produced. The Woodinville location offers two settings for private gatherings: a cozy space suited to smaller groups of 10 to 25 guests, and a larger space that can hold up to 120, with room for live music. A commercial kitchen on site allows for easy food service, and an optional kids' play space is available, making the venue workable for birthdays, engagements, anniversaries, corporate retreats, and wine club celebrations alike. On-premise chefs are on hand to help design a menu for private events. Covington Cellars also hosts a recurring lineup of Friday evening live music nights in Woodinville, pairing wine and food with local bands.
