Customized lunch and dinner prix fixe menus are prepared in collaboration with you to provide your guests with a variety of options. Our Spaces THE NORTH GARDEN is the restaurant's focal point: a covered patio that is enclosed for cold weather and serves as a lovely year-round location for small wedding ceremonies or cocktail celebrations, as well as beverages before seated dinners in the neighboring private rooms. The NORTH GARDEN can be leased in conjunction with the POOL ROOM to give additional capacity for couple's dances, cocktails, and other events. THE POOL ROOM can sit up to 52 people for a seated meal and can be paired with the NORTH GARDEN for pre-dinner cocktails, or expanded to seat up to 80 people. When the garden is accessible to other diners, the sliding frosted glass doors are closed for seclusion when a supper for up to 52 guests is planned. These include high-definition projection on screens or on the walls, LED display technologies, and internet speeds that are unheard of. Concierge and event production services are available on a variety of levels. These services include bartending and catering, as well as rentals, staffing, and more. From art shows to meetings, trade shows to sales, Metropolitan Pavilion places the highest priority on the safety of its clients and guests at all of its events. We strive to make our clients, guests, and visitors feel safe. Our staff adheres to all COVID-related requirements throughout the duration of every event they are involved in. And we are delighted to be able to share them with you. When events are taking place, we sanitize each and every event floor every 30 minutes. This includes surfaces that are frequently touched, such as door handles. We use 3M's hospital-grade disinfectant/germicide in a 5L container. We use the same product to sanitize all restrooms. We have hand sanitizers mounted on the walls in all of our restrooms and entrance lobbies, as well as in our offices and staff rooms. Our security team ensures that foot traffic is kept separate between designated entrances and exits on the premises. This eliminates the possibility of attendees arriving and departing at the same time. This event loft Manhattan studio is available for film, television, photography, and just about any other type of event you can think of. It is possible to build, create, and fabricate anything you require at Shop Studios thanks to our in-house art production workshop and prop shop. Our site has two studios, Studio 1/ 3rd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 1, and Studio 2/ 2nd Floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen and access to our outdoor Terrace 2. The second studio, Studio 2/ 4th Floor, is equipped with a prep kitchen, as well as a Greenroom and access to our Rooftop space.. As the National Maritime Union's headquarters, the nautically themed structure was originally designed by New Orleans modernist architect Albert Ledner in 1968 to serve as the union's headquarters. In the late 1940s, Ledner worked as an apprentice under the renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright, where he developed his own playful style.
