Facility Rental Fee: The venue does not charge a rental fee, but there is a guest minimum—Saturday evening’s minimum is 165 guests, and for Friday or Sunday the minimum is 125 guests. What’s Included: -Five hour exclusive access to Lake Room, at 4,300 sq. ft space that is located adjacent to the restaurant. The room overlooks the lake on the South side with a 450 sq. ft deck and is surrounded on the West and North side by a 3,300 sqft English Garden. -Cocktail hour with butlered hors d’oeuvres, followed by a four course seated meal with choice of two entrées. -Wine service is provided throughout the meal in addition to a five hour open bar. Merchants Cigar Bar, which opened in 1996, is a modern lounge with a midcentury design that takes visitors back in time. True to the era of the opulent Havana High Life, indoor smoking is permitted, fresh ingredients are used in cocktails, and music is played until the wee hours of the morning. The architecture and furnishings in merchants are appealing and genuine; every component is a fresh take on traditional design. Visitors descend a beautiful mahogany paneled staircase that is accented with brass, illuminated by diffused light, and features floor to ceiling bronze mirrors. Upon entering the lounge, visitors are greeted to the right by an opulent handcrafted brass bar, while couples and bigger groups are welcomed to the left by quaint tables and custom leather booths. Handmade Calico Wallpaper and lighting pieces from Triple Seven and Soho House are used to decorate the room. Merchants Cigar Bar provides visitors with an atmosphere that is powered by mystery with touches of luxury in every aspect thanks to its creative branding and artwork by renowned Berlin-based agency Maison C.C. and illustrator Benedikt Rugar.

Located on Pier 41 in the historic shipping yards of Red Hook, Brooklyn, this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The building, which was built prior to the Civil War in the 1850s, has recently been transformed into a charming event space. The location, which is directly on the water's edge, provides spectacular views of New York Harbor. The Liberty Warehouse is the only location in the entire city of New York where the Statue of Liberty is displayed face forward, as she gazes toward France. It is a truly unique location that must be experienced in person to be fully appreciated. It can accommodate up to 400 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 1200 people for cocktails. Two large event rooms with large windows that face due west provide spectacular sunset views are available for rental. Two smaller rooms that are ideal for indoor ceremonies, small gatherings, and cocktail parties. Special performances are staged in this area. All of the event rooms have working wood-burning fireplaces. There are 15,000 square feet of space at the Liberty Warehouse, which includes a wonderful waterside promenade that provides glamorous panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Statue of Liberty, and the Verrazano bridge. Garden Vista Ballroom is a historic banquet facility in Passaic, New Jersey, originally built in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005, the building was fully restored and reopened as an event venue in 2009, preserving its original architectural details — including a marble lobby, crystal chandeliers, gold leaf trim, soaring vaulted ceilings, and two grand staircases with original decorative gold railings.
