Originally part of Eva and Dr. Adalbert Fenyes' expansive estate, which they utilized for pleasure as well as their artistic and scientific endeavors, the grounds are now frequently used for large-scale Museum activities, weddings, and corporate events. During Museum hours, visitors are invited to roam about the grounds. The lushly planted grounds continue to enchant today's tourists. The USC Hotel is the only hotel owned and operated by the University of Southern California, situated on the University Park campus at 3540 South Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. Westridge Golf Club is a country club and event venue situated along the fairways of an 18-hole championship golf course in La Habra, California, with views of the San Gabriel Mountains. Established more than 25 years ago, the club pairs its golf offerings with a full range of private event spaces designed for gatherings from intimate celebrations to large-scale receptions. Four distinct spaces serve events ranging from 30 to 250 guests. The Lakeview Room is the club's primary indoor ballroom, accommodating up to 250 guests for weddings, quinceañeras, galas, and corporate events. The Garden is a luminous open-air setting beside the property's scenic lake, suited for bridal showers, brunches, and luncheons of up to 100 guests. In 1910, the Altadena Country Club, as it was originally known, was established, and on December 28, 1911, the club celebrated its grand opening. By 1915, the club had grown to include an 18-hole golf course and two tennis courts, and membership had reached 147 people. The Clubhouse's footprint was expanded in 1916, and a swimming pool measuring 25 feet long by 8 feet deep was added. By 1917, World War I had taken its toll, and membership had dropped by half, putting the organization on the verge of closure. A group of members took over the struggling Club in 1920 and renamed it the Pasadena Golf Club to reflect the new location. As part of an effort to keep up with the growing popularity of golf, the course was completely rebuilt with grass tees, greens, and fairways that were of the highest quality. The course was praised for having the largest tees and greens on the Pacific Coast, as well as a "traveling sprinkler" that moved from hole to hole.
