The Valiant is a 97-foot yacht operated by Charles River Boat Company, a family-run business that has cruised Boston Harbor and the Charles River since 1990. Departing from Rowes Wharf, with alternate dockage available on request, the Valiant carries guests along the water for weddings, cocktail receptions, and celebratory gatherings such as birthdays and reunions. Aboard, a traditional salon area with a full bar connects to a wicker-furnished fantail, while an extended bow offers a spot for photography and harbor views. An upper canopy deck provides additional open-air space for a celebration. The yacht seats 10 to 60 guests for a seated meal and holds up to 120 for a cocktail-style reception. Each charter includes two full-service bars stocked with beer, wine, spirits, and custom glassware, along with top-shelf and custom wine and champagne selections. Newport Car Museum occupies an 80,000-square-foot former missile manufacturing facility on seven acres in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, where it has displayed a private collection of more than 100 automobiles since opening in 2017. The collection spans eight decades of modern industrial automotive design, from the 1950s to the present, organized into curated galleries for Ford/Shelby cars, Corvettes, World Cars, Porsches, Fin Cars, Muscle Cars, and Mopars. Mid-Century modern furniture is displayed throughout the galleries alongside the cars, extending the museum's design focus beyond the automobiles themselves. For private events, the museum's Wheel Room offers an 1,800-square-foot multipurpose space that accommodates up to 100 guests in conference or social-style configurations, equipped with audio/visual capabilities and set against the backdrop of the museum's automotive and Mid-Century furniture collections. The museum is open daily and offers free parking for more than 300 vehicles.

Potowomut Golf Club has been a fixture of Rhode Island golf since 1927, when a group of golfers built a private course on rolling terrain near Narragansett Bay, in the Potowomut section of Warwick. The 18-hole, par-71 course was designed by Walter Johnson, a disciple of architect Donald Ross, and has been carefully restored over the decades while staying true to its founding character: small, fast greens and a walking tradition that rewards strategy over length. While membership defines daily play at Potowomut, the club opens its course and clubhouse to non-members for weddings, corporate golf outings, and private celebrations. Golf outings get full course access with shotgun starts or tee times, practice facilities, and professional starter and ranger support, while receptions and dinners move into the clubhouse private dining room and patio, which overlooks the 18th green. The Herreshoff Marine Museum is a premier waterfront location for your next special event, such as a clambake, business meeting, small conference, corporate retreat, holiday party, regatta, wedding, or family reunion. The museum is located on the banks of the Hudson River. In the midst of dozens of exceptional historic Herreshoff boats on an exceptional waterfront property overlooking Bristol Harbor, our facilities provide a beautiful and historic setting for your event. The Museum provides several attractive options for your meeting, social event, or wedding, including the Waterfront, Hall of Boats, Aria Gallery, Conference Room, and the second floor of the historic Burnside Building, among other locations. All year long, the Museum offers a variety of unique indoor and outdoor spaces that can accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 200 people. Industrial heaters are used in the fall and winter to keep your party warm and toasty even in the coldest of temperatures. A special place to infuse your dinner or reception with a unique vibe, the Hall of Boats can be found on the ground floor of the Museum and is fully handicap accessible. It is the heart of the Herreshoff collection and is located on the ground floor of the Museum. Your event will take place among more than a dozen magnificent antique wooden boats, all of which were built by the Herreshoff Manufacturing Company, in this impressive space. Many of the boats are mounted on wheeled platforms that can be moved to accommodate and customize events of any size or configuration, including weddings. We have the capacity to accommodate 125 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for cocktails. On your request, a projection screen can be made available. Stepping Stone Ranch is a 118-acre working farm and equestrian facility in rural West Greenwich, Rhode Island, established in the mid-1950s by the Davis family and under Waldron family ownership since 1995. Over the decades the ranch has hosted thousands of guests and celebrity performances, and was named a Yankee Editor's Choice, Best of New England pick in 2011. Alongside its riding lessons, clinics, boarding, and summer camp programs, the ranch hosts weddings and special events in rustic, shabby-chic indoor and outdoor spaces. An indoor hall accommodates up to 300 guests, while the ranch's outdoor grounds, complete with a music stage, can hold more than 1,000. A full liquor license, on-site catering or cooking options, ample parking, and connections to local vendors for party tents and horse-drawn carriages round out the ranch's offerings for weddings, fundraisers, music festivals, and family reunions.
