Everything a bride could want is included in the 6,000 square foot banquet area, 2,100 square foot chapel, and 10 acres of land. Venue 311 is a once-in-a-lifetime event for you and your guests, located just north of Magnolia. The Stanley family owns and operates Venue 311. Heidi Stanley began touring local wedding locations when she was ready to marry. Despite the fact that several of the venues were lovely, they were all somewhat pricey. Lower-cost venues did not appear to provide the same value as higher-cost venues. The Stanleys were perplexed as to why wedding venues were so costly. They made the decision to construct their own wedding location. The purpose of Location 311 is to deliver a quality and elegant wedding venue without the upmarket price tag. The venue was created to help couples reach their dream weddings affordably, and its packages are built around that idea. Its all-inclusive wedding package covers tables, chairs, linens, lighting, decor, and a sound system, with a dedicated event coordinator who supports clients through planning, vendor connections, and budgeting. Personalized decoration services are included at no additional charge, and outside catering is permitted. The Chapel For your wedding ceremony, our Chapel provides a traditional indoor alternative. As you say "I do," the big wooden doors, gorgeous chandeliers, and antique stained-glass windows will be the perfect backdrop for you and your guests. Your ceremony can be as large or as intimate as you want it to be with 2,400 square feet of space. This venue can accommodate over 200 people. The Pergola Allow your guests to be enchanted by the tall trees at The Pergola during your outdoor ceremony if you wish to keep things natural. The highly wooded tree line that forms the ceremony's backdrop gives an earthy tone, while the Pergola itself can be decked up to match your wedding's theme. This outside space also provides just enough shade for your visitors. Grand Hall The Grand Venue, with approximately 4,500 square feet of size, is our indoor reception hall. It has a beautiful wall of windows and a double-sided stone fireplace that guests may enjoy both inside and out. Over 200 people can be seated at our tables and chairs. The Grand Hall, with its unique romantic industrial ambiance, is guaranteed to make your wedding one to remember. Bridal Suite One of our private spaces for getting ready is the Suite. It is opulent and spacious, with plenty of room to unwind before walking down the aisle. The Suite has a sitting area, a full bathroom, and a hair and makeup room with Hollywood vanity mirrors. The Suite is strategically situated so that you may remain hidden while visitors arrive. Groom’s Caboose The Caboose is The Annex's most distinguishing feature. It used to run on the Illinois Central lines back in the 1960s. It is now our other private get-ready room, with a TV, couch, minibar, and spacious outdoor deck, thanks to a recent renovation.

Lillian Farms Country Estate sits on 230 acres of rolling hills in Texas's Bluebonnet Country, on land that was once a cotton plantation, between Houston and Austin near Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park and the towns of Chappell Hill and Brenham. The Estate House combines the architecture of a Victorian-style mansion with modern comforts, offering five traditional bed & breakfast guest rooms, each with a private en suite bath and a full breakfast served every morning in the main dining room. For more privacy, the property's self-catering cottages sit near the edge of its woods; seven have private hot tubs, and all include full kitchens and grills. The grounds include a 14-acre stocked fishing lake with a pier and fountain, fire pits, and a resident population of miniature ponies, donkeys, deer, and other wildlife. An electric vehicle charging station is available on site, and guests can arrange an in-room or spa-room massage. Lillian Farms also hosts weddings and private events on its grounds, with its own photo gallery documenting celebrations held throughout the estate.

Rock Lake Ranch is a working ranch owned and operated by the Geffert family, which has been in the family for several generations. They are sixth generation Texans who take tremendous pleasure in their ancestors and the history of their home state. This gorgeous property, which was named after Rock Lake Creek, was formerly a camping area for Native Americans who were lured to the spring-fed creek that cut through the exposed sandstone cliffs. The Gefferts' great-grandparents came in the Piedmont area in the mid-1850s, when they were born. During the 1920s, their grandparents, Annie Lee and Johnny Churchwell, were still operating a self-sufficient farmhouse on the acreage they inherited. The Writer's Cottage, a shotgun-style residence built in the early 1900s in Houston's Fourth Ward, was formerly a popular hangout for writers. When it was transported to the ranch in 2005, it had been authentically restored by volunteers and professionals from Historic Houston. The Old Gibbons Creek bridge, a steel-truss bridge built in the early twentieth century and affectionately known as the "Shanghai Bridge" by locals, originally stood a few miles away. It had been abandoned since the 1980s, but it was relocated and rebuilt in 2009, and it now serves as a picturesque gateway to the Waterfront Pavilion and other outdoor spaces at Rock Lake Ranch. There are still remnants of their grandparents' first home on Rock Lake Ranch, including the Allen House and wooden barn area, as well as the old well house and cistern where their grandparents' original farmhouse previously stood. Rock Lake Ranch, with its rich family heritage and inspiring natural beauty, is the ideal setting for both reliving ancient traditions and beginning new ones.

Bernhardt Winery is committed to providing high-quality wines as well as a pleasant tasting experience in a welcoming atmosphere. Live music, artisan vendor fairs, and private events are among the winery's unique events. Celebrate at Bernhardt Winery: Holiday Parties, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Anniversary and other excuses to party! We have a lovely indoor/outdoor location with twenty acres of planted vineyards and century-old native Pecan trees where you can host your event. The new Soleil Room, with its adjacent courtyard, is ideal for a small celebration with family and friends, accommodating up to 48 people. During regular tasting room hours and after-hours events, room rental fees are available. We offer options to bring in your own food or have us design a customized menu for your event! (Providing your own catering is limited. Water, tea and soft drink service required.) Venue Rental Package: Exclusive use of our main events room and north lawn at our Tuscany-styled winery on our lushly manicured twenty-acre grounds and vineyard is included in our venue rental package. The wedding ceremony is usually held outside in our beautifully landscaped wedding venue with views of rolling hills and valleys, or in our tiny Courtyard after hours. The wedding ceremony can also be conducted inside in our Main Events Room overlooking lush green lawns or in the winery surrounded by barrels and wine tanks decorated with flowers and plants creating a very unique setting. The 106-acre Double Bar B Guest Ranch has rustic ambience, lakefront views, and plenty of photo opportunities. This southwestern site in Plantersville, Texas, is surrounded by acres of forested woodland and is ideal for those looking for a country wedding. The Double Bar B Guest Ranch features a large reception hall as well as three deluxe guest cabins for your wedding guests. The three guest cabins can accommodate up to 26 people and have beautiful Southwest decor, television, Wifi, and access to the large swimming pool with views of the lake. Your guests will enjoy fishing, mountain biking on the wooded pathways, or simply relaxing in the classic large rockers that overlook the nature. The Ranch Hall is a great indoor venue for a reception. Lots of windows, Texas Star entry doors, and big window roll up doors that can open all the way up to take in the wonderful views of the rolling grassland and lake beyond grace this rustic room. Cabinets, wagon wheel chandeliers, rustic ceiling fans, and a covered pavilion provide additional seating or just more room for dancing in this venue. A bar, sink, and large TV screen for any presentation or photo presentations, as well as a firepit, are all available at Double Bar B Guest Ranch. You can also have your Rehearsal Dinner on the terraces overlooking the large pool and beautiful private lake, or your ceremony on their charming island in the middle of the lake! On a cold winter night, the fireplace serves as a focal point and provides a lovely and inviting feature to the space. The ballroom is surrounded by two outside patios, each with a fire pit and ample of seating, allowing guests to move freely between the indoors and outdoors. Weddings Our functioning ranch, located at the end of a lonely country road, hosts one-of-a-kind destination wedding events.
