Plaza Nacional is one of six outdoor event venues within La Villita, San Antonio's historic arts village on the south bank of the San Antonio River in downtown San Antonio. The plaza sits at the corner of E. Nueva and S. Presa streets, directly across from St. John's Lutheran Church, and is surrounded by flowering plant beds and large shade trees. La Villita traces its roots to eighteenth-century settlement along the river near Mission San Antonio de Valero (the Alamo) and was restored beginning in 1939 under Mayor Maury Maverick as a tribute to the city's early residents. Today the historic square-block district is home to more than 25 shops and galleries and hosts more than 200 events each year. Plaza Nacional's outdoor setting accommodates up to 200 guests for a reception or 100 for a seated dinner, suiting it to wedding ceremonies, receptions, birthday parties, and corporate events. The plaza includes a fountain extension and is reserved through La Villita's event reservations team with a minimum 60-day lead time.

Thurman's Mansion is a 7,000-square-foot, two-story native limestone building in Driftwood, Texas, named for the late Thurman Roberts, founder of the Salt Lick BBQ. Originally intended as the Roberts family home, the mansion was repurposed as a wedding and event venue and remains a member of the Salt Lick family today. Ceremonies take place overlooking the property's Hill Country vineyard, with couples exchanging vows as the sun sets over the surrounding hills. Wedding packages include use of the space for four and a half hours with a two-hour early arrival window for vendors, sixty-inch round tables set with white linens, bone china, and silverware, and draped tables for the gift, registry, cake, and head table. Couples hosting ceremonies on-site also receive use of bride and groom quarters beforehand, along with chair setup and an optional archway at the ceremony site. Catering comes courtesy of the venue's sister restaurant, the legendary Salt Lick BBQ, whose menu is available alongside custom options put together with the mansion's event coordinators. The mansion also hosts private and corporate events and rehearsal dinners.

Ye Kendall Inn is a Texas and National Landmark hotel in Boerne, Texas, built in 1859 by Erastus and Sarah Reed in the Southern Colonial style. The original center section is constructed of native rock walls twenty inches thick, with additional wings added in 1878; the property has hosted guests including Jefferson Davis, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, and Robert E. Lee. Set on approximately 6.5 acres along the Cibolo Creek in Boerne's town square, the inn offers 36 guestrooms, suites, and cabins, including four original rooms from the Old Reed House, courtyard rooms, and historic conversions such as a real schoolhouse and a former Lutheran church known as St. John's.
