Novellas is a family-owned, all-inclusive wedding and event venue in New Paltz, New York, situated just off the New York State Thruway between New York City and Albany. The venue hosts weddings, mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, corporate events, quinceaneras, and fundraisers for groups accommodating up to 250 guests. The grand ballroom seats up to 250 guests, while an outdoor bluestone patio hosts ceremonies for up to 150 seated guests. Novellas hosts one event per day, giving clients exclusive use of the full property — including two outdoor patio areas, a foyer for cocktail hour, a terrace with a waterfall feature, and after-party patios with bistro lighting. All packages are fully inclusive. In-house catering is led by Executive Chef Michael Garniero, a Culinary Institute of America educator with over 25 years of culinary experience. Linens, china, glassware, sound and lighting systems, and a day-of coordinator are all included. The Hampton Inn and America's Best Value Inn sit within walking distance for guest accommodations.

The Hill at Wright's Farm is situated on a 450-acre working farm in the center of the Hudson Valley, New York, and is surrounded by fresh peach trees in the summer and Mutsu, Mac, and Cortland apple trees in the fall. The Shawangunk Mountain Ridge serves as the backdrop to this landmark, and the view from there is so spectacular that the fields surrounding The Hill were kept unplanted in order to preserve the scenic grandeur of the surrounding area. In addition to the already noticeable attraction, the natural aroma of the peach flowers and apple blooms enhances the experience. The Hill got its start in 2014, when our daughter made the decision to have her wedding “on top of the hill.” The rest is history. Because of the site's allure, making the decision to use it was a straightforward process. Plans were drawn up to construct a terrace that would overlook the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. The patio is enclosed by a split-rail fence, which is ideal for accommodating all of the event's guests. Whether it is in the afternoon or at night, the sky surrounding The Hill stretches for miles in every direction, and the sunsets are impossible to capture with a digital camera. The Six Bells Countryside Inn occupies a historic three-story building in Rosendale, New York, that has operated as a hospitality venue since 1850, when it first opened as the Central Hotel. Situated on the banks of Rondout Creek in the Hudson Valley, the inn draws its character from English and American countryside aesthetics and offers eleven uniquely designed guest rooms alongside an on-site retail shop filled with antiques and country-inspired décor. The venue is available for weddings, private dinners, and corporate retreats. A large outdoor deck overlooks Rondout Creek, and private dining rooms accommodate more intimate gatherings. The Feathers, the inn's restaurant and tavern, serves early American and traditional country cooking developed by Chef Larkin Young, who sources from local Hudson Valley farms and bakers.

Red Maple Vineyard is a family-owned farm and vineyard event venue on 143 acres along the Hudson River in West Park, New York. Once a dairy farm, the property was developed into a wedding destination by Gary and Liz Stone — founders of Corner Stone Caterers, a gourmet catering company they established in 1992 after meeting at the Culinary Institute of America. Their daughter Shae is part of the team today. The grounds include a renovated 1800s cow barn, a reception pavilion, stone foundation ruins, walking trails, vineyards, orchards, and a great lawn, offering multiple distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. The Barn features a grand piano, a bridal suite, and bar and lounge areas. All catering and event planning is handled in-house through Corner Stone Caterers. Seasonal menus draw from the venue's 2.5 acres of fruit and vegetable gardens, four acres of vineyard, and maple tree grove; the property also produces its own small-batch wine, beer, cider, and honey mead through RMV Cellars. Wedding packages include the cake, a full bar, staffing, linens, and a dedicated event coordinator.

WEDDINGS We host a select number of weddings per year, from May through October. Engaged couples desiring a venue in a historic, natural setting will be delighted with the wedding packages at Hasbrouck House. Your ceremony takes place on the lawn near our 200 year old maple tree, cocktail hour by our on-site restaurant Butterfield, and reception celebrations will take place on our 3,750 sq ft bluestone patio, which can accommodate up to 150 for ceremony, cocktail, dinner and dancing. Butterfield at Hasbrouck House is the exclusive food and beverage partner for all of our events. We only host one wedding per weekend, and a full hotel buyout with a two night minimum stay is required of all weddings. We seek to provide you with a stunning serene setting and dedicated attentive service to make your wedding day unforgettable. Hasbrouck House offers a unique and sophisticated setting for your special day. The elegant mansion and lush surrounding grounds lend themselves to exclusive upscale weddings and private events. A limited selection of dates are available each year during the months of May through October. Unlike many wedding venues, Hasbrouck House hosts only one wedding per weekend enhancing the experience of guests staying on the property and attending the event. PRICING AND POLICIES -Site fee for saturday night events May - October $10,500 -Two night buyout of all hasbrouck house hotel rooms is required with $5,000 refundable hold fee. -Refundable security deposit of $2,500 -Events take place on the property’s 3750 sqft bluestone patio and adjacent lawn -Catering is provided exclusively through the hotel restaurant, butterfield.. -Butterfield restaurant & bar weekend buyout is optional. -Tenting & rentals may be an additional cost based upon guest count and event needs.
