A Venue With A View Set in the scenic Atlantic Bay, The Lawrence Yacht & Country Club was primed for hosting events and celebrations of all sorts. The interior contained a restaurant with a bar, a cocktail room for private gatherings, and a ballroom for bigger occasions. However, during a time of uncertainty and rebuilding, Michael Einhorn from The Royalton and Jem Caterers, stepped in and breathed new life in to the restaurant and ballroom and created a joint venture with the LYCC to run everything dealing with food and hosting. The property received a face lift and was given a new level of elegance, perfect for weddings and events both formal and casual. The Royalton in Lawrence was born. Consider having your next event or occasion at Arabella's Castle. The ideal hall for an intimate gathering with friends and family to share and create memories. Arabella Castle was designed and established for our daughter. While arranging her birthday celebration, we visited numerous venues and discovered that none of them were ideal; the halls were either run-down, excessively expensive, or poorly planned. Arabella's Castle was founded after my husband decided to build a castle for our daughter. This is a boutique banquet hall that was meticulously designed for anyone who wants to organize a special event or occasion in a high-end setting while staying on budget. Your guests will be impressed and welcomed by the simple elegance and ambiance. Arabella's Castle was built with a lot of love and dedication. Arabella Castle is the perfect event space for any of the following events: Baby Shower, Weddings, Baptism, Bridal Showers, Birthdays, Sweet Sixteen, Quinceaneras, Office Party, Social Events, Henna Party, Engagement Party, Family Events, Funerals, Christmas Party, New Year’s Eve Party, etc….

Over seven generations of the Livingston and Kean families, the original 14-room home grew into a 50-room Victorian mansion that now houses collections of antique furniture, decorative arts, and clothing spanning more than 250 years of American history. The estate hosts private events from May through October, welcoming up to 150 guests for weddings, conferences, workshops, and celebrations. Its formal English parterre garden and maze, fragrant rose garden, historic herb garden, apple orchard, and 12-acre ArbNet-recognized arboretum provide a setting shaped by centuries of garden design. An 1882 Carriage House and a tented reception area alongside the gardens offer distinct settings for ceremonies and receptions. Minton's Playhouse

    206 W 118th St, New York, NY 10026, USA

Jazz music has unquestionably been America's most significant cultural contribution to the world. Minton's Playhouse in Harlem, New York, is considered to be one of the most important shrines in the history of jazz, and this can be argued with equal force. In a sense, Minton's was the birthplace of Bebop; in a more literal sense, it was the place where the foundations of modern jazz were laid. It was founded in 1938 by the saxophonist Henry Minton (from whom the establishment took its name), and over the next decade, Minton's Playhouse became the scene of a revolutionary shift in jazz performance. Minton's Playhouse is regarded as a pivotal location in the history of jazz in New York City. Bring your friends and family to our Harlem location for dinner and the best live music New York City has to offer. Take a journey through the history of jazz. We have two sets scheduled: 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. Each set is approximately 70 minutes in length. It was in this relatively small Harlem nightclub that these musicians, in the words of the immortal Ralph Ellison, "formulated... the chordal progressions and the hide-and-seek melodic methods of modern jazz." It was there that they "formulated... the chordal progressions and the hide-and-seek melodic methods of modern jazz." In other words, Minton's was not only the birthplace of Bebop, but it was also the incubator for everything that has come to be known as modern jazz. While Minton's is best known for its pivotal role in the Bebop revolution of the 1940s, the club maintained a vital existence through the early 1960s as a gathering place for musicians looking to jam, and it continued to operate until 1974, when a fire forced the closure of the Cecil Hotel, where Minton's was located. Nonetheless, Minton's Playhouse has been listed on both the National and the New York State Registers of Historic Places, in recognition of its significance in American history and culture.

Soaring vaulted ceilings, a cathedral-length aisle, intricate stained glass windows, and original oak woodwork give the main Sanctuary one of the more architecturally distinctive ceremony settings in northern New Jersey. The congregation behind it — a ministry of First Congregational Church of Montclair — has championed inclusive values for nearly 150 years, hosting Montclair's first same-gender marriage in October 2013 and explicitly welcoming interfaith, unaffiliated, same-gender, and non-traditional couples. Three spaces serve different moments of the day: the Sanctuary itself, accommodating ceremonies from 25 to 450 or more guests; the Courtyard Garden, an outdoor setting with stonework and a central lawn suited to gatherings of up to 40; and the Guild Room, a high-ceilinged, heavy-beamed reception hall for up to 85 seated or cocktail-style guests. On-site coordinators, ordained officiants, professional musicians, live-streaming, and decor packages are available to support every element of the celebration.
