Our venue, which was formerly known as the Los Angeles Stock Exchange, pays homage to its illustrious and opulent Art Deco past. It took nearly two years of meticulous renovations and retrofitting before Exchange LA was finally ready to welcome the public as a vibrant venue that not only hosts nightclub events but also award shows, premiere parties and corporate events as well as fashion shows, film shoots, and charity galas. Originally built in 1930, this historic landmark has been transformed into a sprawling four-story venue that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Multiple rooms, seven full-service bars, state-of-the-art lighting, sound, and a massive LED screen display are all available at our ornate venue, which is conveniently located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles' thriving art and entertainment district. The Pacific Coast Stock Exchange, with its 53-foot granite facade and the largest bronze doors in the region, was designed to be a sight to behold and to be feared. For nearly 80 years, the Moderne style building housed the offices of the Los Angeles Stock Exchange and the Pacific Stock Exchange. It was decommissioned in 1986. With 64 booths and a mezzanine, the trading floor was housed beneath a spectacular 40-foot ceiling. The building was designated as a Cultural Monument in 1979, and the Los Angeles Conservancy has taken steps to ensure that its exterior is protected.

In our rustic Italian Cucina, we can comfortably seat 50 people and provide a variety of pre-fixed menus to ensure that your dining experience runs smoothly! In the heart of Little Italy, on India Street, Ristorante Illando is within walking distance of the Porto Vista Hotel & Suites, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel San Diego Downtown, The Trolley Stop, Maritime Museum, San Diego County Administration Center, and Waterfront Park. The restaurant serves Italian cuisine. 50 people can be accommodated. Bathroom, air conditioning, fans, and windows are among the amenities (with a view of India Street) It is our main room, which has been designed in a cozy, rustic setting, with walls lined with family photographs, which will make you and your guests feel as if they are in our own Landini residence. It is an excellent venue for private parties, wine tastings, corporate meetings, wedding rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, and other events. Our semi-private dining area is ideal for groups of up to 12 people for lunch or dinner. One of the most impressive features of the penthouse is the stunning open showcase kitchen. loftSEVEN's touch-screen-controlled AV system is state-of-the-art, and it includes six distinct sound zones, three LCD displays, two DLP projectors, and an endless number of LED lighting configuration options. The loftSEVEN Rooftop is where the real magic happens. It offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the downtown Los Angeles cityscape, as well as views of the scenic mountains to the north. The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100. The Continental Club is a subterranean entertainment destination tucked beneath the historic Hellman Building in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. Accessed through a private entrance on West 4th Street, the venue spans 6,000 square feet of serviceable space and draws on the atmosphere of a classic supper club — dark leather banquettes, mirrored surfaces, warm red lighting, disco balls, and walls lined with framed photographs. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests across its full 6,000-square-foot footprint, or up to 150 guests in the 3,000-square-foot half-venue configuration. A central bar anchors the main room, with seating areas arranged around a dedicated dance floor. A coat check and scullery round out the facility. The Continental Club is available for private and corporate buyouts, including branded activations, holiday parties, cocktail receptions, and seated dinners. Events are coordinated through CIRCA93, the Los Angeles-based collective that operates the venue.
