In 1996 the house was relocated to its present site within Heritage Park in Fishers, Indiana, where it now serves as a privately rentable historic venue surrounded by native trees, Victorian-inspired gardens, and open grounds. From April through October, the venue hosts events for up to 225 guests in a 40-by-100-foot event tent set among the Heritage Gardens, with overflow space on a European-style terrace framed by stone walls and landscaping. The barn spans over 4,000 square feet and includes two distinct indoor spaces — an upper and lower level — along with a large outdoor covered patio. A 1903 farmhouse on the property is available for day-of preparations.
