Bear Mountain Inn + Barn is a restored historic property set on 25 acres along the shores of Bear Pond in Waterford, Maine. Rooted in early-1800s New England farmhouse architecture, the Inn blends historic character with updated furnishings across its main house, a freestanding Sugar Maple Cottage, and the Lake House — a post-and-beam structure sleeping up to eight. Rolling lawns, birch-lined trails, and waterfront access with a dock, kayaks, and paddleboards round out the property. The centerpiece event space is a 200-year-old barn, accommodating up to 150 guests for dinner and dancing. For larger celebrations of up to 250 guests, the property supports tented receptions on the lawn alongside the barn. Catering is provided through MANE Catering and bar service runs through the venue, making the experience fully coordinated on site. Opened by the Bliss Family in May 2004, Crystal Lake Golf Club sits on Route 102 in Burrillville, Rhode Island, overlooking Crystal Lake and the course's 18th green. The 23,000-square-foot clubhouse combines golf, dining, and event space under one roof, giving weddings and private events a waterfront backdrop most banquet halls can't match. The main floor holds the newly renovated Waterfront Ballroom, which seats up to 225 guests with sweeping lake views, the more intimate Wisteria Room for gatherings up to 60, and the Tavern, an on-site restaurant open to the public for lunch and dinner. Outside, a lakeside gazebo hosts ceremonies, and couples can add a pontoon boat ride or an antique car arrival for a personal touch on their wedding day. Chef/Owner Jamie Mammano and Executive Chef Mitchell Randall have devised a Mediterranean menu that emphasizes the quality and tastes of the seafood via simple, clean presentations. Our private dining menu, which features the finest seafood available, includes a choice of local and Mediterranean seafood alternatives, as well as beef and poultry selections to meet the needs of all guests. Ostra is a contemporary Mediterranean restaurant in Boston's Back Bay, located at One Charles Street South. Chef/Owner Jamie Mammano and Executive Chef Mitchell Randall focus on specialty seafood found throughout the Mediterranean and places within the United States, and are inspired by local and European variations of seafood. Chef Randall began working as a line cook and dishwasher at the age of 14, quickly understanding that his ultimate professional objective was to be an Executive Chef. The core abilities were learned at an early age, resulting in a distinct culinary foundation that was formalized at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Chef Randall became the Columbus Hospitality Group's youngest Executive Chef at the age of 25. In October 2013, Chef Randall departed Mistral to start Ostra Restaurant with Chef Jamie Mammano. Chef Randall, who grew up near the sea, was ecstatic to embark on this new culinary adventure. Dating from 1815, the Farmhouse is one of the rental facilities at Kirkridge Retreat and Study Center, perched on the Kittatinny Ridge in the Pocono Mountains of Bangor, Pennsylvania. The building pairs original farmhouse details with a dining room warmed by a large stone fireplace and a meeting room offering panoramic views of a nearby pond, trees, and meadow. The Farmhouse accommodates 12 to 24 guests and can be booked for day use or overnight stays, with 12 guest rooms available on-site. Guests can walk to the property's peace garden, pond, and stone labyrinth, or visit the neighboring Columcille Megalith Park. The Farmhouse can also be rented together with Kirkridge's barn event space for larger gatherings. Kirkridge offers optional services for events held at the Farmhouse, including wedding officiation and ritual planning. The property sits on 230 acres, much of it protected in partnership with the Nature Conservancy, with marked hiking trails and a section of the Appalachian Trail running through the grounds.

Today the inn hosts weddings year-round, from intimate elopements to celebrations of up to 200 guests, supported by a personal wedding coordinator who guides couples through planning.
