White Meadow Lake Country Club occupies a historic Tudor-style mansion set on the shores of White Meadow Lake in Rockaway, New Jersey. The clubhouse — originally the Hoagland Mansion, completed in 1909 — brings a century of history to every event, with sparkling lake views that shift with the seasons. Established in 1931 as the first art center on the Main Line, Wayne Art Center began in a carriage house on Louella Avenue and has grown into a 30,000-square-foot facility on Maplewood Avenue in Wayne, Pennsylvania. The nonprofit center welcomes more than 35,000 visitors and program participants annually and hosts more than 20 exhibitions each year alongside its classes in painting, ceramics, jewelry, and the culinary arts. The center's galleries and studios double as event space for weddings, corporate gatherings, and milestone celebrations. The Davenport Gallery, the largest of its exhibition spaces at 3,500 square feet, features cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that fill the room with natural light, while the Ethel Sergeant Clark Smith Gallery offers hardwood floors and museum-quality LED lighting. Beech Tree Cottages is a family-owned estate in Madison, Connecticut, set on three acres of landscaped grounds that have been home to nine seasonal cottages since the property was restored and reopened in 2001. The estate traces its origins to the 1940s, when it operated as a seaside retreat, and has been revitalized over the past two decades by the Talmadge family into a venue that blends coastal New England character with contemporary comforts. For private events and celebrations, the property offers an outdoor tented patio — a 40-by-40-foot frame tent with a chandelier, bistro string lights, lounge seating, and round dinner tables — along with a large open lawn set among the cottages. The venue accommodates up to 65 seated guests or 74 for standing arrangements. In-house catering and event coordination are available, with an option for venue-only rental for those bringing their own vendors. Beech Tree Cottages hosts weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, bridal showers, micro weddings, and other celebrations from late May through early October.

The Schooner Thomas E. Lannon is a 65-foot Essex-built fishing schooner docked at Seven Seas Wharf in downtown Gloucester, Massachusetts. Built in 1997 in Essex, the vessel sails from mid-May through mid-October, offering guests a glimpse of what it was like to work aboard a Gloucester fishing schooner a century ago — crew assistance and an invitation to help raise the sails included. For private events, the Lannon accommodates up to 49 guests on an exclusive charter, with a captain, crew, and beverage service attendant on board. Weddings, corporate outings, anniversary and birthday celebrations, bachelor and bachelorette parties, and memorial services are among the occasions the vessel regularly hosts. Catering can be arranged through the adjacent Gloucester House Restaurant — including lobster bakes — or through a caterer of the client's choosing. A full liquor license is maintained on board.

Brewster Academy, a private boarding school in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, opens its lakefront campus each summer for weddings, corporate gatherings, and private events. Set on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, the campus combines historic character with a newly completed event center, offering clients a distinctive setting in the Lakes Region from June through August. The Pinckney Boathouse anchors the waterfront offering, seating up to 86 guests for dinner or 115 in reception style. A rustic stone fireplace, staging room, and wraparound covered porch give the space warmth and flexibility, while the adjacent Palazzo Field provides room for tented ceremonies and larger celebrations. The Grayson Center, completed in 2023 with award-winning architecture, accommodates up to 180 guests in a large multi-purpose room and features floor-to-ceiling views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the Belknap Mountains, a full commercial kitchen, an in-house sound system, and an expansive outdoor patio with a gas fireplace.

The Harborview Ballroom and Sun Deck, the largest event area, can host weddings of up to 650 guests and offers beautiful waterfront views. The Terrace Ballroom, which can accommodate up to 200 people, is an excellent choice for a traditional ballroom setting. When combined with the Waterfront Room, up to 300 people can be accommodated comfortably. Lighthouse Point & Courtyard, a private dining room with a dance floor and a quiet courtyard, can accommodate small weddings of up to 90 guests. Danversport, which is owned and maintained by the DeLorenzo family, began as a dream more than 50 years ago when Joseph DeLorenzo envisioned a particular spot for the community to celebrate life's significant occasions. He and his wife Barbara eventually bought this lovely piece of property and began construction on a "big band" type dance hall and marina. The Danversport Yacht Club first opened its doors in 1970, and it rapidly became a popular spot for supper, dancing, and live music. UTEC occupies a landmark building in downtown Lowell, Massachusetts — a former Methodist church originally built in 1839 that earned distinction as the oldest LEED Platinum certified building in the world following a comprehensive 2012 renovation. Original architectural features, including a 30-foot cathedral ceiling and a restored domed chamber on the third floor, are paired with a fully updated event infrastructure. Four distinct rental spaces accommodate groups of 5 to 200, from the Main Hall's soaring ceilings and theater lighting to the intimate Board Room with views overlooking downtown. Each space includes full AV systems — projectors, microphones, surround sound, and wall-mounted monitors — and round banquet tables with chairs for up to 200 guests are provided in-house. In-house catering is available through See Beyond Catering, UTEC's culinary social enterprise; outside caterers are also welcome. As a nonprofit, UTEC directs event rental revenue toward programming and employment opportunities for young adults in the Merrimack Valley. The facility is fully wheelchair accessible via ramps and elevator.

Windsor Mansion Inn is a Colonial Revival mansion set high on a hilltop above Windsor, Vermont, with views over the Connecticut River Valley, Lake Runnemede, and Mount Ascutney. Built in 1902 with design input from sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, a family friend of the original owners, the mansion is recognized as the largest Colonial Revival-style mansion in the United States and is listed on the National Historic Register. Three U.S. Presidents have stayed at the property, and several of its 16 guest rooms and demi-suites carry their names, including the Theodore Roosevelt Suite, the Calvin Coolidge Room, and the Woodrow Wilson Suite. Restored in 2016, the inn sits on 15 acres with a multi-tiered terrace and a 12-person custom firepit overlooking the surrounding hills. More than 5,000 square feet of indoor event space, together with its outdoor terraces and lawn, host weddings for up to 130 guests as well as reunions, corporate retreats, bridal and baby showers, and anniversary parties. Guests also have access to an in-house pub, a private library, a coffee and tea station, and a nearby nature preserve. The property is a short drive from Woodstock, Quechee, and Dartmouth College.

Pindar Vineyards' Pavilion and surrounding field can accommodate up to 80 persons for an outdoor event. For smaller gatherings, we also have the magnificent covered Wisteria Deck and the interior Lobby Gallery. Pindar Vineyards is contracted for the site fee and wine to be served, and an outside caterer is contracted for all food, rental, and non-wine beverage needs. The following is the pricing. Wedding of Pindar The cost of the Pindar Pavilion and surrounding grass area, as well as a half bottle of wine each person, ranges from $3,200 to $4,500, depending on the size of the wedding. The party host is responsible for the tent, tables, and chairs. The party and/or caterer are also responsible for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The site fee secures the full tasting room for your event. [Availability to be explored at a later date.] In addition to the site rental price, a fixed $150 staffing fee will be levied. Corporate Gatherings Pindar Vineyards is always open to hosting corporate events. Smaller gatherings of 30-60 persons can be accommodated. The Pavilion charges $350 per hour, with a two-hour minimum. A half-bottle of wine is required each participant. On request, a tour of the winery is included. [Please note that for corporate parties, the Pavilion area will be reserved for your party, but the winery tasting room will remain open at the above mentioned pricing.] The Wisteria Deck can seat 30 people for $350 per hour with a half-bottle of wine purchased per person as a minimum. On request, a tour is offered. In addition to the rental fee for the Pavilion and Wisteria Deck, a flat $150 staffing fee will be applied. Milestone & Celebration Events Baby showers, birthday parties, baptisms, bridal showers, and other events are all possible. $350 per hour for the Pavilion; $350 per hour for the Wisteria Deck; $250 per hour for the Lobby area. For all of the following places, a half bottle per person is necessary. In addition to the rental prices indicated above, a flat $150 staffing fee will be levied.

The Historic Village at Allaire is a living history museum and event venue in Farmingdale, New Jersey, set within the preserved grounds of the former Howell Iron Works — a self-sufficient industrial community that dates to the 1800s. Listed on the National Register of Historic Sites, the village recreates life as it existed in 1836, when the site encompassed a blacksmith shop, carpentry shop, bakery, church, general store, school, and workers' homes. At the heart of its private event offerings is a non-denominational chapel that has hosted couples for nearly 200 years. Available year-round for weddings, baptisms, christenings, and memorial services, the chapel brings a quiet, understated elegance to ceremonies of any scale or style — from simple and minimal to more fully decorated celebrations. The village sits within 60 miles of New York City, Atlantic City, and Philadelphia, with convenient access to the Garden State Parkway and I-195.

The cuisine of 1928 Beacon Hill is traditional American fare from New England. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming ambiance thanks to the presence of antiques, and it serves prohibition-era cocktails within a speakeasy-style setting. For private events, festivities, weddings, and other events can be held privately and in an intimate setting. 1928 Beacon Hill is the ideal location for hosting small-scale public or private events, including weddings and festivities. We have a full bar and serve dinner. Our menu focuses on traditional American cuisine, and the atmosphere of the restaurant pays homage to Jenkins's experience in antiques. The design of 1928 Beacon Hill is composed of three distinct elements in terms of aesthetics: Throughout the years, Jenkins has amassed a collection of antique paintings and wall mounts from the Black Forest, and this collection is on display in the bar and lounge area of the establishment. The room at the back exudes an air of a dark club room with its leather banquettes and seductive lighting, while the section in the middle is decorated in a nautical theme with oars and artwork that focuses on the sea. There are seating options for around 90 diners over the entirety of the restaurant, including 14 at the bar. The proprietor's grandfather was the person who first inspired the owner's interest in the restaurant business, and the restaurant can be seen as a form of monument to the grandfather. In addition to the atmosphere of the restaurant being reminiscent of the 1920s, Jenkins explained that the name of the establishment is a reference to the year that her grandfather was born.

Large non-buyout parties of up to 2 hours are available with a Food & Beverage minimum of $500 Monday through Wednesday and $1,000 Thursday through Sunday. The Red Room Lounge, located at OAK's hotel entrance, boasts a glass-walled wine vault, fireplace, and antique stained glass window. This area comfortably fits up to 25 guests for a standing event and is ideal for smaller celebrations and meet & greets. Large non-buyout parties of up to 2 hours are available with a Food & Beverage minimum of $2,000 Monday through Wednesday and $2,500 Thursday through Sunday.
