49 Franklin Reception Hall & Mystic Theater occupies a restored Methodist church on Franklin Street in Rumford, Maine, renovated by owners Scot and Cindy Grassette and opened for events in 2010. The building's original character — cathedral ceilings, stained glass windows, and open architecture — is preserved throughout. The venue operates two distinct event spaces: the Reception Hall on the first level, suited for receptions and private gatherings, and the Mystic Theater on the upper level, which doubles as an intimate performance and event space. Both levels are ADA accessible. In-house catering is provided through Grapevine Catering, with flexible buffet menus and a minimum of 30 guests. Scot and Cindy bring more than two decades of experience in event entertainment and DJ services, and coordinate venue, catering, and entertainment as a single package.

The Bay Pointe Club, originally known as Wareham Country Club, was established in 1964 and operated until 1988. This was also the year that the Pavilion building was completed, as well as the year that the iconic 7th hole island green was built. Tarrywile Mansion is a 23-room Victorian estate built in 1897 for Dr. William Conrad Wile, a prominent Danbury physician, on the grounds of what is now a 722-acre municipal park. Designed in the Shingle Style by the New York firm Child and DeGoll, the mansion features a wrap-around veranda, grand entrance hall with sweeping staircase, and a glass conservatory — added in the early 1900s by subsequent owner Charles Darling Parks — that now serves as a backdrop for wedding ceremonies. The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Since reopening in 1990 as a community and event center, the mansion has hosted weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate gatherings, and private parties. Full house rentals include the first floor — encompassing the living room, drawing room, library, dining room, kitchen, and veranda — along with second-floor bridal and groom's suites.
