The Glastonbury Riverfront Community Center is a multi-purpose community facility operated by the Town of Glastonbury, Connecticut, offering three dedicated rental spaces for private events. The Ocean Pines Beach Club sits directly on the shores of Ocean City, Maryland, occupying the oceanside block between 49th and 50th Streets. The three-level cedar shake building is one of the few waterfront event venues in the area where guests enjoy unobstructed Atlantic Ocean views from every level. The upper level is available for private dining, weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and corporate functions for both Ocean Pines residents and non-residents. The banquet space on the upper level accommodates up to 80 guests and offers sweeping ocean views as a natural backdrop. The broader Beach Club property includes a restaurant and bar, a 30-by-54-foot pool with deck seating and lounge chairs, beach volleyball courts, and direct beach access — giving guests a full seaside experience before and after any event.

Salvatore's Event & Conference Center occupies a renovated historic mill building on the Merrimack River in Lawrence, Massachusetts. The space draws on the building's original character — exposed brick, lumbered columns, expansive windows, and 40-foot ceilings — alongside modern amenities suited for private events. Four private rooms accommodate groups ranging from 25 to 500 guests for weddings, rehearsal dinners, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, anniversaries, reunions, fundraisers, and corporate meetings. The Franklin Veterans Club is a nonprofit veterans organization incorporated under Maine law in 1979, serving area veterans and the broader Franklin community for over four decades. With more than 280 members drawn from across the United States, it operates as one of Maine's largest independent veterans groups and holds 501(c)(19) status with the IRS. The club's event facilities include a Large Hall and a Small Hall, both available for private rentals covering meetings, parties, wedding receptions, reunions, birthdays, wakes, and community festivals.
