In August 2018, a whole new palette came to New York City in SoHo’s Hudson Square neighborhood. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play. Alexander and Brittany Love designed and built two life-size dollhouses inside an abandoned industrial building in Bushwick, Brooklyn. A large majority of the pieces of furniture and lighting you see are either original designs, or they have been restored and modified from their original forms. Some of our pieces, such as our one-of-a-kind lighting designs and The Library Chair, are available for purchase. In addition to photoshoots, small corporate events like cocktail parties, weddings, and other intimate gatherings, the Love Shack can be used as a performance space or as a screening room.
