Original brick walls and wood ceiling beams add elegance, character, and history to the space. Conversation is sparked and guests are encouraged to engage in comfortable fireside seating areas. Elegant, vintage chandeliers hang from high ceilings in the Second Floor Parlor, casting an ever-changing light that floods in through antique elevated windows. The Green Room on the Third Floor is Boston's best-kept secret. Today, the Estate is available for sit-down dinners with 200 guests or an opulent stations-style event for up to 275. The graciousness of the Estate provides a setting that departs from the ordinary with endless indoor and outdoor possibilities. The distinguished architecture, terraces, grand staircase, balconies, and flowering gardens inspire couples to welcome guests into their own spacious mansion for a unique and memorable celebration. Our grounds provide a variety of ideal areas as well as large open outdoor space, allowing you to design the perfect layout for your special occasion. Our facilities can accommodate event tenting, outdoor parties, live music, pool parties, and meetings of any size or scope. Our catering partners are able to provide complete catering services for your occasion. Our property is equipped with a complete DJ setup, as well as a sound system that can be heard throughout the entire property. The fact that we don't hold large meetings is because that's not really our thing. However, we are the best at hosting groups of 20 or fewer people when a physical meeting space is required for a couple of hours. (For almost any size group, we can organize events that are completely laid back or ones that are jam-packed with activities – after all, we know where all of the best stuff is)
