The Club is also open to the general public on occasion for special events. A beautiful venue for weddings, parties, meetings, and community events, the Altadena Town & Country Club is located in Altadena, California. There are three elegant ballrooms at the ATCC, each of which has a spectacular view of the San Gabriel Mountains and the Club's amenities to offer. Aside from that, the Club offers two outdoor venues that are ideal for ceremonies and special events. The catering menus at the ATCC include a wide range of options, ranging from appetizers and hors d'oeuvres to entrées and desserts. In 1910, the Altadena Country Club, as it was originally known, was established, and on December 28, 1911, the club celebrated its grand opening. By 1915, the club had grown to include an 18-hole golf course and two tennis courts, and membership had reached 147 people. The Clubhouse's footprint was expanded in 1916, and a swimming pool measuring 25 feet long by 8 feet deep was added. By 1917, World War I had taken its toll, and membership had dropped by half, putting the organization on the verge of closure. A group of members took over the struggling Club in 1920 and renamed it the Pasadena Golf Club to reflect the new location. As part of an effort to keep up with the growing popularity of golf, the course was completely rebuilt with grass tees, greens, and fairways that were of the highest quality. The course was praised for having the largest tees and greens on the Pacific Coast, as well as a "traveling sprinkler" that moved from hole to hole. Serving California comfort food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Green Street is the place where Pasadenans go to meet old friends, discuss business or just enjoy a fabulous meal. The Heritage Museum of Orange County is determined to maintain its beautiful, local history. The venue also offers outdoor, sit-down events for up to 650 guests. Aside from the outdoor option at the Heritage Museum of Orange County, the venue will also provide smaller indoor spaces for smaller meetings and gathering. Because of the initial historical motivation, events like weddings are designed to emulate a 19th century country estate at the Heritage Museum of Orange County. The entire estate offers eleven and a half acres to its guests that will produce privacy and variety. The Heritage Museum of Orange County is also extremely experienced in other events such as fundraising events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, and even large Quinceaneras.

The Pasadena Scottish Rite Events Center occupies a historic 1925 cathedral at 150 North Madison Avenue in Pasadena's Playhouse Village neighborhood. The building was dedicated that year complete with an auditorium, stage, and extensive scenery capabilities, and has served as a landmark of the community ever since. Its Egyptian-motif entrance, added in 1961, features terrazzo flooring and intricate architectural craftsmanship that sets the tone for the interior spaces throughout. Two primary event spaces are available for rental. The Cobb Auditorium seats 454 guests in a theater setting equipped with professional sound, lighting, and stage capabilities — well suited to performances, ceremonies, and large-scale gatherings. A full-service banquet hall at street level, accessible from the North parking lot, accommodates up to 300 guests for dinners, receptions, and private celebrations. The Events Center offers flexibility in vendor selection and is available for a range of occasions including weddings, private dinners, film and television shoots, and performing arts productions. Rental inquiries are handled by the venue's dedicated events coordinator.

Arrowhead Ranch Retreat is a mountain retreat center and event venue set on a forested campus at 480 Cottage Grove Road in Lake Arrowhead, California, approximately two minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village and surrounded by towering pines. Storrier Stearns Japanese Garden is a two-acre historic garden estate in a residential neighborhood of Pasadena, California, available for private events and special celebrations. Designed by renowned landscape architect Kinzuchi Fujii between 1935 and 1940 for Charles and Ellamae Storrier Stearns, it is recognized as the only intact example in the United States of a major Japanese-style garden created for a private residence in the years leading up to World War II. Following a comprehensive restoration completed in 2013 under the direction of Dr. Takeo Uesugi of Cal Poly Pomona, the property was reimagined as a shared space for the community. The garden features a hill-and-pond stroll garden with a 25-foot waterfall, an arched wooden bridge, Japanese granite statuary, and a formal teahouse overlooking the pond — all framed by mature sycamore, oak, and Japanese maple trees. Private event rental provides exclusive use of the entire property, accommodating up to 120 seated guests or 150 for standing receptions.
