Indoor or Outdoor Create your perfect indoor/outdoor wedding at The Clubhouse. Cozy firepits, luxurious groom and bridal suites, and tailored dining options are just the beginning. Facility Fees Range from $500 to $6,000 depending on your date selected, the time you book and the demand for that particular date. Your facility fee at the clubhouse includes a 5 hour rental of the space you are contracted for. In some instances, i.e. ceremonies, an additional hour may be added to accommodate your event. So long as your event does not exceed our operating hours, you can work with your sales manager if you require additional time for your event. Use of the clubhouse for setup and or breakdown may be subject to additional facility fees and availability. The facility fee includes use of our china, glassware, silverware, tables, standard banquet chairs, setup and break down for your event.

Lyford House is a registered National Historic Landmark situated on the shores of Richardson Bay at the Richardson Bay Audubon Center and Sanctuary in Tiburon, California. Built in 1876 as part of the Eagle Dairy Ranch owned by Dr. Benjamin Lyford and Hilarita Reed, the ornate Victorian home now serves as an outdoor waterfront event venue set within 10.5 acres of trails, gardens, and protected wildlife habitat. The venue's terrace and meadow host weddings, corporate retreats, meetings, and private celebrations for up to 150 seated guests, with sweeping panoramic views stretching from Belvedere across the San Francisco skyline to Sausalito and Mount Tamalpais.
