We believe great food is born from the best ingredients. The cooking process begins with many questions and informed decisions. Which farm? What are the farming practices? Which breed of animal? Where are the fish from and how were they caught and handled? Which variety of sea salt is best for each dish? What type of oil? Each dish should be healthy, appear simple and show respect for the ingredients. Regular menu items include oak smoked beef brisket, hickory smoked chicken, dry rub ribs done with apple and cherry wood & apple-hickory smoked pulled pork. The Rolling Meadows Park District has everything you'll need for an unforgettable event! We are confident that one of our rooms will fulfill your banquet, conference, meeting, shower, wedding, or party demands. All facility rentals include the use of tables and chairs, as well as equipment set-up and take-down and cleaning. A stunning New Orleans-style courtyard with a charming fountain and lush flora, as well as a commercial kitchen, dance floor, and bar, is included in this nicely updated hall. With verification of non-profit status, not-for-profit organizations may receive a $15 discount on the hourly cost. Please provide an official form proving your not-for-profit status, such as the Illinois Department of Revenue Sales Tax Exemption Letter, with your rental permission. La Taverna, a charming restaurant and bar in Siena, Italy, served as a major source of inspiration for DineAmic Hospitality owners Lucas Stoioff and David Rekhson when they were developing Siena Tavern. The inspiration led to a more polished and expansive version suitable for River North. However, Stoioff and Rekhson still yearned for an Italian bar and restaurant that was more in keeping with their original concept in terms of size and liveliness. Bar Siena was established in Chicago's Fulton Market - West Loop district three years later. A second Bar Siena in Skokie's Westfield Old Orchard Mall was established in 2022. The menu at Bar Siena, which pays homage to several Italian regions, is a little bit smaller than that at Siena Tavern and changes more frequently. Nellie's Band Room The Band Room, or main performance room, is our largest event venue, with a stage area and a large bar on the first floor. For an additional $250 and $100, respectively, you can use our cutting-edge sound system and/or lighting features. We can host and cater for nearly any type of event in this area, not just live music. - Dinners for up to 30 people, seated and plated - Up to 200 people can be served at a buffet. - Up to 400 guests, cash bar with limited food from the normal menu - We can accommodate 400+ guests if this space is combined with the Mezzanine upstairs. The Mezzanine The Mezzanine on the second floor gives a beautiful view of the show as well as a separate bar with access to the rooftop. This space is suitable for smaller gatherings, however there are restrictions on bookings for concerts and other events. Smaller groups of 10 to bigger groups of 125 seats or 200 standing can be accommodated on the Mezzanine. Lower Level Beer Garden On the first level, near the main entrance, there is an outdoor space. Up to 100 individuals can be accommodated. Weather permitting, available seasonally. Rooftop Patio Plan an outdoor event and dine al fresco on the northwest suburbs' only rooftop. The Halim Time & Glass Museum is home to hundreds of historical timepieces, stained glass masterpieces and artwork from around the world. A Golden Chinese Pagoda topped with over 5000 pearls, a porcelain and bronze clock that was once owned by Katherine the Great, a lobby with towering stained glass windows, and a grand, floating staircase topped with a celestial stained glass dome are only a couple highlights of this magnificent museum. The Halim Museum offers four event spaces. The Wisteria Room is a 4,000 square feet space with stunning hand-painted gilded trim, skylights to the Rooftop Garden, floor to ceiling windows with panoramic view and a wrap-around balcony. The Tiffany Gallery is a 1,500 square foot space adorn with the treasures crafted by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
