Siegel's Cottonwood Farm is a traditional picturesque farm setting that will make your celebration charming and unique. We also offer a wide range of choices for decorations so that you can customize your celebration making it everything you dream it will be! This, traditional rustic setting will create an enchanting experience for you and your guests. This is supposed to be your unforgettable day, why not truly make it all about you! The BARN at Cottonwood is now booking dates from April 1st through Mid September. Due to our Annual Pumpkin Fest & Adult Haunted House, we cannot accommodate private weddings during the months of late September and October. At special request, we can accommodate a November wedding, however the property will be unavailable for weddings from the months of December through March. We are proud to offer you a beautiful, brand new Amish built Timber Frame Barn to host your special day in. The BARN at COTTONWOOD will hold 250 guests. VU Rooftop provides a variety of unique options within its 13,000 square feet to meet all of your event requirements. Choose from VU's nooks, rooms, and event spaces, which include private bars, al fresco areas with fire pits, a boardroom, the club bar, the solarium, and terraces with jaw-dropping views of the lake, downtown, and the west. In this modern designed space, enjoy an ingredient and locally-driven beverage program, top-notch noshing, and unparalleled views of the lake and downtown. Our space, which is the size of a full city block, can hold up to 500 people. The venue is designed to transform to the needs of our guests. VU has the ability to properly celebrate and gather for any occasion, from variable set-up to moveable walls. VU's event spaces come with different levels of furnishings. Rentals vary based on the need for space, the number of guests, and the type of event happening. If a rental is required, your event coordinator will send over an estimate of the rental cost, which will be added to your final event order.

Room 1520 event venue is located in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Our Award Winning venue is a spacious, historical loft building that will surround your event with one-of-a-kind details. Towering ceilings; a dramatic, handcrafted staircase; a mirrored, white-washed antique bar; crystal chandeliers; daylight windows; and white exposed brick to mention a few. Five years ago we created a smaller event space inside of Room 1520 to accommodate more intimate events. “The Justine”, is a little jewel of a space that holds up to 60 guests and is a perfect fit for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, small weddings, cocktail parties, birthdays, showers or business team gatherings. Room 1520 offers our own top shelf bar packages. So there’s no hassle of hiring a third party to supply libations and bartenders. We also have an outdoor patio during the warmer months that can be used for cocktails and a cigar bar.
