The Milling Room, which opened its doors in November 2014, is located in the building that was originally constructed in 1890 as the elegant Endicott Hotel. The hotel was constructed of Pompeian brick and terracotta and included a glass-roofed Palm Room, which has since been replaced by The Milling Room.
